Only thru Starrk lack of caring for the fight in general and him going thru ptsd as the fight progressed making him progressively weaker. Also Shunsui had decent troubles against a Sternritter which wasn't as strong as Gerald 3rd form which Adult Toshiro practically 1 shotted.

But yeah, considering her childhood best friend/ love interest was dying, Ichigo had appeared with a sword arm, and a butterfly Aizen was ready to kill them, I think she likely wouldn't have noticed Isshin. Not when he was dead on his feet and completely drained of spirit energy.

It was a very good line, but I would argue that based on how PMW has abridged most of the series, they haven't really explored the relationship between Toshiro and Momo enough for us to get that line. To us, she's just that girl that was _way_ too attached to Josh Groban, then attacked Toshiro randomly and was batted out of the way, then kind of talked with him over the video screen and was still delusional over Josh Groban and Toshiro ended the call. We don't really get a sense that there's anything between them. But I have to say, looking over all the material they had to abridge to get here, that is the only mistake they have made. They're fantastic at this.

False. Hitsugaya was a third seat under Isshin. Rangiku was his lieutenant and after Isshin was exiled and decided to stay in the human world, Hitsugaya took over as captain. And yes, its very weird that neither hitsugaya nor rangiku ever saw any sort of resemblance between ichigo and their former captain and that its never brought up.

To be fair, 1) Ichigo only has his father's eyes but his other features are a spitting image of his mother, and 2) Ichigo, Rangiku, and Toshiro canonically don't share many if any serious scenes where his reiatsu would be worthy of being sensed enough to compared to Isshin's reiatsu. Though Jushiro does react to Ichigo's appearance when with Byakuya, to which Byakuya responses "He's not related to the one you're thinking of".
