This episode has been in copyright hell for actual years. In the process of getting it back we almost lost the entire channel three times due to rejected disputes becoming copyright strikes, and it's been permanently rejected each time over the course of three re-uploads. Each time we have to under-go several claim disputes at a time, each individual dispute requiring up to three months to resolve and if ANY didn't go through at any time, that instance of the video was permanently locked down. This could happen for the most mundane of reasons, including but not limited to whomever whomever happened to be reviewing our dispute just happening to be in a bad mood. Getting this back is a major victory for the channel and a personal victory for me (hey, Logan here. Really happy right now). That this episode was down has been a major blemish on the channel and one of the most demoralizing things we've ever faced, and we're VERY happy to have it return. We're going to move on to trying to get episode 7 and episode 17 back in the same capacity. They are single-claim videos and thus easier technically, but we prioritized this video since it was something of a point to get it back.

In all honesty it kind of makes sense why it wouldn't work on those seemingly important (as most of the people she faces are veteran fighters). Soi Fon's group specializes in stealth and assassination and being Captain she's practically the best at it, so while her attacks can kill someone in two hits it instantly shows the weakness of it if you're smart enough. What I mean by saying that, is that any seasoned fighter will know she would try to go for a second hit in that same place as the first time and that could spell danger despite not knowing what she can do. It's probably one of the reasons why it's hardly ever successful; that and it would leave her wide open for an attack because I imagine such a powerful ability requires precise precision.

The Sarutobi clan was OP, shit, Asuma was literally one of the 12 guards of The Feudal Lord. Kakashi's dad was a well known OP ninja not to mention Kakashi himself who became a jounin at 10 (by comparison Naruto became a genin at 12). Guy sensei could open the eighth gate (was well known for consistently using the seventh gate) and manhandled Madara for a lil' bit. They birthed the legendary sannin (emphasis on legendary). Also the whole war arc was a fight of all the villages vs three leaf ninja (Madara, Obito, and Kabuto). So like, what? Lmao

Take soifeng for example, if she struck someone with her shikai, then said "oh, hey, btw, my weapon kills instantly if I strike the same place twice", now they know not to let that happen. She stays quiet, and suddenly they're having a freak out fit trying to figure out what the butterfly tattoo is doing. Just better to not say anything and give your opponent nothing to work with.

(pretty sure normal souls just passed out from the amount of spiritual pressure he exudes naturally) H e then made it into the Seireitei and challenged the former head of Squad 11 to a duel, won, and brought those three into the squad on the spot so none of those 4 went to the academy.
