bazz-b is top tier, he lost most of his powers after the auswalen and only after that he sustain some damage in the whole second war, he holds down rukia and renji after squad0 training, he strong because he was the only quincy to be empowered by young jugo

I'll say Bazz-B is strong, however the ones above him could more than likely beat him. The reason I have Mask about him is Mask definitely seems more powerful. He however lost because he lost his cool & took out James when trying to beat Renji. Bazz-B does have a good feat as you mentioned with holding back Both Renji & Rukia. But unfortunately we don't know how long he fought them before he had his power stolen.

With Almighty he certainly would be with Yhwach. However I did this tier with the Sternritters with their inherited abilities.

Idk I feel like the guy with the wind should be higher up, he only really lost because senjumaru had like a direct counter for him. And he didn’t act that smart. However he is still strong. He can contort space and air itself

I'll agree he has a pretty good power. However what holds him back is as you said that he isn't smart nor does he seem to have long distances attack & if he does it's probably not great. His own personality holds him back. Otherwise he could easily score far higher.

I can see it, though I put him in strong as he's only as strong as his opponent. He doesn't really add much after that.

@@Hadesof3 1.Ch.575 pg.14, Nobody(that means Soldat, Sternritters and Schutzstaffle)dared bare their fangs at Gremmy because they knew he was the strongest. 2.CFYOW vol.2 ch.15 pg.216, All the Sternritters(with the exception of Liltoto)were so terrified of Gremmy that they dared not look him in his eyes for fear that he would kill them.

@@Hadesof3 lilotto is alive because she was able to tank a hit from ywch, but later it was revealed that during some time when Ichigo killed ywch, she and giselle were saved by the lieutenant of hasch. also, liltotto has 2 shrift, one is L one is G. now meninas nana candy were saved by mayuri.
