From what I remember, what makes Rubredo incredibly hilarious is that she's being handled by the guild well known for over-exaggerating everything. Rubredo, already the strongest entity beyond Touch Me's powers, the same character once said to rival all the floor guardians together, is paired up with Victim. The whole joke of the 8th floor was that Victim's death is a massive aoe debuff so strong anyone afflicted by the debuff is basically dead without being dead... Promptly after, Rubredo gets released. Idk if the info is wrong or not, but that's basically how Victim stopped the raid of a thousand players. It is so stupidly overkill it's equal to fighting two raid bosses not balanced to be a gank fight. You can hear the group sitting around their table laughing as it all went down.

Webnovel Touch Me could take them all at once, but the light novels version could take on 2-3 with some trouble. The author said a fight between Touch Me and rubedo would be about the odds of Ainz and shalltear, 3:7. So she should be able to deal with about 4-6 players. Even then, even Rubedo was said to be unable to defeat even one of the likes of 'them' on the 8th floor Victims skill upon death activates a powerful movement restriction skill, thats all.

Let’s be real, although Touch Me is far stronger than a floor guardian individually, but there’s no way he can handle all of them at once. Unless you’re a world boss, I doubt anyone could take on 8 of the same levels at once. This is not to mention that now that they are not mindless npc ( like Gargantua at least ) and can cooperate.

Overlord is one of the significantly easier worlds to tier list cause of the whole level system unlike a series such as star wars where environmental and era based scaling is finnicky. By the way we actually do have information about the black scripture theyre all around the 45-50s with the warrior dude being 51 i believe so they should be in the tier above

Wrong, the majority of the Black Scripture are in the 30s, they're 3 exception, the captain who's in the high 60s to low 70s, Antilene who's 88, and the Strongest human (title) who's high 40s

If there is one thing many people miss about the world of overlord and possible the author himself it's that Momonga is much stronger in the new world compared to his guildmates and in fact the strongest. The list is mostly accurate in 1vs1 match ups but by new world standards since Ainz has a Roleplaying build as evil mastermind necromancer he can actually fully utilize all that power which was nerfed in the game. In game he could only get up a few high level undeads that would last for 24 hours. In the new world he can build a army of undead with only a limit to how many strong "ingredients/people" he can get his hands on. Other than that it's endless to the point where he could Solo Nazarick on his own simply by tossing in THEORY a crap ton of high tier undead at them. Even Touch Me stands no chance when Ainz rolls up with 40 strong undead minions without even wasting mana compared to 3 high tier summons that DID take mana. Perks of being a Necromancer in a fantasy setting.

@@jgb020551 No because Touch me's build resolves entirely around 1 vs 1 combat and has little roleplay indications. He would still be a monster in combat but his build would lack in anything outside of it. He would have a much harder time in Politics or dealing with large army's. One Big problem for instance would be the battle of Katze Plains where he would still dispatch of everyone with ease but it would take much more time and would not break spirit of both army's with the same efficiency as Ainz. At the same time he would reveal to the world that he is a onetrick pony that he stuck pretty firmly to close combat given already forces like the Slane Theocracy or PDL knowledge that ranged combat can be used to safely explore and bait out possible weaknesses as long as they have enough fodder in the way. Compare that to Ainz who dealt with the whole Army in a single Spell while also deploying Anti-Observation magic which only left Neutral witnesses that had their minds broken by the sight. The only information outside forces were able to gather are mad ramblings by Spy's they send out but they would lack any reference to how strong the spell was with it's summons or what else Ainz is capable off. The information that was gathered is that Ainz outperformed both the 6 OG Gods and 8 Greed Kings and the previous recorded "most devastating" spell only killed a little over 1000 people compared to the 72.000 that dropped instantly and were used to summon forth 5 massive unidentified demons that then destroyed the remaining army of Re-estize on their own. Also Touch me would have a lot more problems with his Body since as a insectoid he would be plagued by hunger on a more frequent basis and have a high chance that his morality would battle with his craving for human flesh whenever it was available. It is possible that Touch Me's build relied on high quality resources to sustain itself which was a mere trifle to get back in Yggdrasil but near impossible to obtain in the New world. As a example he would need to eat high tier quality meat around every 15 hours or suffer a hunger penalty. Easy to get in Yggdrasil as you crash a dungeon and get supply's to keep your build going for the next 10 sessions. In the New World the only thing that would tick that box are the finite amount of Dragons while Touch me also can't log off so that timer is mercilessly ticking down even when he is not doing anything productive. This becomes very problematic as he wastes multiple hours of the Day sleeping something which his body with 99% certainty needs because he is not a undead like Ainz. And that is just a SINGLE avenue of how Touch Me build could be worse in the New World. Add in pheromones and instincts and a whole lot can go wrong for Touch Me in his day to day life.

A few things to add to Ainz: With his build he can use 718 spells, but he also has an additional knowledge of 300 more that he can't use. So there is a very good chance he has the most working knowledge of spells out of all of the guild members. Ainz in pvp measured himself as mid-upper tier, that does not include his staff. His staff is considered above divine tier, being on par with a world item. With the staff, I'd say he'd beat everyone except Rubedo. Though Ulbert has more destructive power, Ainz has a noticeably higher mp count, this makes him more flexible especially combined with his larger arsenal. Ainz has the most bonuses to summons he creates, meaning he creates the most powerful minions of his guild mates. Quite handy as he can literally build an army of summons that are stronger than normal. Meaning the longer Ainz is alive, the harder it will be to bring him down.

The wiki sources this from volume 10. I'm going off memory, and it's been a while since I read vol 10. I was thinking about rereading the series since the movie sparked my interest in it again. If I do read it, and I remember to post about it, I will.

another thing to note is that the orb of momonga is basically a nuke, the longer he has it equipped the stronger it gets and he has had that thing equipped for 12 years during the raid of nazarik he whipped out half of the other players, meaning at the cost of 5 of his levels when he first got it 12 years ago whipped out 750 level 100 players, the orb is also stated to be very effective against dragons

I believe most of them are country level as far as floor guardians. They give country level out without feats for a lot of characters examples being like Gojo and Sakuna and I think they’d get tossed around like a salad by these characters easy so I’d give them higher honestly

@lukeys1503 yeah the first ever game I believe is called "mass for the dead" I don't blame u for not hearing about it the game got shutdown in most places I think like mines (the US) sadly the only way u could play it is by getting the japanese vers but tbh ur not missing much the newer game plays almost identical to it the only difference is that the characters look more cutesy and chibified and it encourages u to play in multiplayer a lot since u get better loot I don't the newer one has something like that but then again I barely played it so don't quote me on that

I think this is the most accurate ranking of overlord characters that I've seen. And just like you said with your most controversial pick of Pandora actor, I agree he's very hard to rank just due to his potential and versatility, but I think it's pretty safe to put him right behind shalltear. Overall I really agree with this. Much more backed by logic than the typical rankings you see on KZbin..

As a massive Overlord fan, this was cool to see. I'll give some quick things to say. Adamantite is 27+, the Realm of heroes starts at 30 or 5th tier casting (if you're a warrior or a caster) because humans in the 13 heroes outside of one, humans were in the 30s. Gazeff is level 29, with the ring of Rigrit, he's 34, and add all the gear, he's mid to high 30s. Maruyama confirmed that Clementine can only beat max Gazeff with her Black Scripture equipment. Brain himself at the end of season 4, he was mid 30s, but his final attack was level 40. He fully surpassed Gazeff. Also, each tier is 7 levels. Dominion Authority is level 43 to 49 Any questions I'll answer

Very good list overall, although players are not always superior to NPC so I see flaws with "Player tier". I personally would have put Ainz himself below shalltear as he required a ton of prep time but the dark wisdom argument is good. Dragons are stronger than what you think, PDL can defeat any guardian that is not wielding a world item. Moreover you could've added the other dragon lords, including Elder Coffin, who can basically one shot anyone without a WI. Ainz is not top 3 players, as we know at least four of the supreme ones are above him (touch, ubert, tabula and warrior takemika). Nice including Rubedo overall but a special spot would be deserved by the other 8th floor guardians(somewhere in guardian tier), first place goes to the world eater, second place to the other world enemies, third place to pride and fourth could be either rubedo or dragon emperor, either would be good. Night liches, the other overlords and elf king's summon would've also been a good addition to the tier list.

PDL is not above level 95 and all the floor guardians are lvl 100. He definitely can't beat them and the world item is mainly cause he uses wild magic but overall they are stronger due to stats If I'm not mistaken we don't really have a much confirmed info on the 8th floor guardians except for the fact that they are a very powerful force in Nazerick

The only reason Ainz did win against Shaltear was because he knew her build and equipment, had prep time, Shaltear was dumm and wasted her skills and because he had specalised cash shop items that gave him an advantage.

Ok , an overlord nerd here.... there is actually one more emtity stronger than Rebudo ... They were only referred to as "they" and "them" They are the last guardian of the floor that all guardian are prohibited from entering... they are not an NPC ... it is highly likely , and somewhat proven that they are the original dungeon Boss ... before Nazarith ,belonged to the guild , it was a world dungeons, and the whole guild with all the NPC attacked and conquered it ... and the boss is special, as it comes with the guild place , and not disappear after conquering the dungeon... He is the strongest , as it took the whole guild and yhe npcs to kill it in the alst fight

This is a bit misleading. We don't know if the 8th Floor Hierarchy specifically /isn't/ an npc, we just have no confirmation that they are. We also know that they cannot outright beat Rubedo, it's just that Rubedo cannot defeat them. We have direct statements from Ainz saying that if Rubedo betrayed him, he'd need to enlist the 8th Floor Hierarchy to "even have a chance at victory" and furthermore he'd need to give them World Level items to compare. And they are a multitude, not a singular entity. Rubedo as a singular entity, is the strongest singular entity in Nazarick.

I would out Pandora's Actor above Shalltear, mostly due to his versatility. Remember, Shalltear was defeated by an Tactitioner who's build was made for roleplay. Pandora's Actor is any roleplay/optimizers wet dream, an 20% nerf isn't really that big of a difference if a majority your build's power comes from the gear. Plus, we still haven't seen him use other transformations except 2 out of the 38 supreme beings nor has he went all out before.

I would have put delta above most her siblings for the sheer fact she is very good at killing low level enemies Like 2 of her 3 actives are perfect for each other with her gear and stats Her damage is higher then most of her sisters HP only one with higher is Her 2nd active can seal and her 3rd increases her damage Add that to the fact she has her high level scarf that gives invisibility and other ambush type abilities she can kill her sisters without even being seen It would take like a few shoots to kill them with her sniper rifle as they try to find her but can’t while triggering ambush spells And delta has higher physical stats then alpha if you look at their stat sheets this if base physical because i know she could be higher if all her actives are on but base to base she is lower then delta but that’s just me

So, power wise, how strong is albedo? Overlord seems to be a lot more consistent and grounded except for hax, with most non spell stats capping at large building, and spell stats at multi city.

Personally I feel like climb should be mithril. In his introduction he was gold, but by the end of The Men of the Kingdom, he had surpassed his limits and was holding his own against opponents in higher weight class (even if he was still bound to lose he did a good job buying time). Also putting momon in realm of hero’s tier makes no sense narratively.

Ok, how Momon is so feaking low? He is way above Evileye that she herself admits. Not to mention that Evileye should scale above Entoma as she had no real problem against any of her attacks. Also, Platinnum Dragon Lord was stated to be cleary weaker then his armor.

I think youre understimating the black scripture and would reconsider the black scripture members if I were you.Clementine left the black scripture a while ago so they couldve grown while she didnt. Fist the 5th seat. Clementimes brother seems to be stronger than her.Khajiit Dale Badantel refers to Clementine as a mere fragment of her brother and it is known she often was compared to him and he seemed to be favored by their parents. If it was just family I might see it as favoritism but with Badantel I belive he must be superior to her and thats why hes favored. He can summon giant basilisk which have poison and petrifying gazes. Only an adamantite adventurer could even dare to face one and Gagaran says theyre the worst enemies for her to face.We dont know if his are special or what likely bonuses they get but a base one is level 27 and he can summon tow at once. 10th seat of the Black scripture was confirmed to be well beyond the realm of heros by Azuth.Lakyus did consider him to be possibly stronger than the Skull-wearing demon that appeared during Jaldabaoth's attack.We dont know its level but still.Also the members of the Blue Roses considered him to be much more powerful than both 5th and 11th seat.5th seat is Clementines brother and so even if you consider them both the same then 10th seat is well above her too.He did consider Evil Eye stronger than him but not too significantly.Clementine was around level 32 and to be considerable toEvil Eye Id say hes level 45 with seemingly good warrior class levels. He seems focused as a barbarian so I think most levels would be in good classes rather than wasted . 8th seat Cerdan while killed by Shaltearthe fact he could react fast enough to get in front of shaltears spear attack says alot. And last the first seat.Yeah hes stronger than solution at 57 but Id say by a good amount.Raymond the former 3rd seat who obviously has fought with him years ago says he should be able to kill an army of death knights and soul eaters who are all in their mid 40's.Most importantly he has more based levels than almost every member of ther Argland Council State except Platinum Dragonlord and his armour which has a minimum of level 80 and a high of 90.And each true dragonlord is considered imposible for each member of the pleadesor even together to beat at a minimum of 63 to triumph over. Zesshi is level 88 but not with the best build. So Id say the dragonlords range from low 70's besides platinum and Id say the captain of the black scripture would be mid 70's maybe high 70's at best. So basiicly most of them are levels 30-33.5th seat clementines brother is high 30's like 38 , sheild guy might be 35, 10th seat being far stronger and comparable to Evil Eye is mid 40's like 45 witha great build maybe even high 40's at 48/49, and the captain level 75.

This is not my list so I won't defend them, but I would like to know what you think the issues are.

Aura is stated to be the second weakest floor guardian which would put her below demiurge (unless she's using her beasts, in which case she should be higher, so either way its wrong) Gargantua is the strongest floor guardian by a mile. either put him above shalltear or dont put him on the list at all. The platinum dragon lord is stronger than shalltear as well, they fought in a what if story written by maruyama and shalltear got stomped. Deep Darkness Dragon Lord isnt on the list, he should be rivaling gargantua in power along with having one of the 20 strongest world items, he was also stated to have a "perfect build" by maruyama, which is something hes only said about touch me. Zesshi should not be above the primal elementals, her level is close to theirs but her build is terrible. Fluder being above the the frost dragon lord is also wrong. the frost dragon lord is level 46 while fluder is level 39 AT MOST. we know this because demiurge's command motra skill worked on fluder and that skill doesnt work on anyone level 40 or above. Fluder has 6th tier magic and we know that is unlocked at level 36, so fluder is anywhere from 36 to 39, since its implied he only recently got to the 6th tier 36 is the safest bet. (Which would mean he moves below Pe Riyuro the quagoa lord who is level 38, especially considering fluder is not a trained fighter) Momon being in the realm of heroes tier is... wild to say the least. He has level 33 warrior stats but when ainz uses the perfect warrior ability (which he's always using as momon) he has the stats of a level 100 warrior, the same goes for when pandora's actor is playing as momon. Remidios being above gogin is also an issue. she's stated by maruyama to be one level above Gazef, and Gazef is stated to be close to the realm of heroes, meaning remidios only barely makes it into the realm of heroes tier (level 30). Meanwhile Go Gin is estimated by ainz to be level 33 (that added with his broken regeneration), he's beating remidios any day. And you have clementine further below that, which is also crazy work because she was a member of the black scripture, her level would be beyond remidios by default. the weakest members of the Black are well into the realm of heroes. the assassin of the scripture was so far above tia and tina that they couldnt even perceive him moving. which then leads into gagaran and tia being in the orachalcum tier. every member of blue rose is andamantium tier or above (3 of them were in the realm of heroes) There are other minor issues like he used a picture of Aureole Omega for rubedo but those are all the big ones i spotted.

(not including Garganta) What what if story are you talking about with Shalltear vs the Platinum Dragon Lord? They fight in the canon and the Platinum Dragon Lord admitted he was likely inferior from what I recall. Dang the Deep Darkness Dragon lord is OP if that's true. I haven't heard much about him, but I know the Elder Coffin dragon lord is really strong based on his fight with Ainz in the side story. What's wrong with Zesshi's build? Is there any official statements quantifying how weak she is? Your logic on why the Frost dragon should be above Fluder makes sense. I told my friend who made the list that I think Ainz uses perfect warrior as Momon and that he should go higher but he said it was stated he didn't use it while playing Momon. So I definitely agree with you on this one. Your Remedios logic makes sense. It sounds like she should go right under Gazef, yes? I agree Clementine being above Remedios makes sense, but does she go above Go Gin? He put Gargaran and Tia a tier below due to their levels lost form death. Whether that would actually drop them an entire tier, idk.

Evil Eyes ring hides her actual level one. Two the gear entoma has is leagues better than Evil eye. Another thing was Evil Eye had to hold back while fighting Entoma since she had to protect her comrades. Read the actual novels before you make a list like this... Another thing is the leader of the Black Scripture is over level 65.

for you guys wondering it stated it takes 17 level 95 players to defeat a level 100 player and 5 level 99 to defeat a level 100 . but min/max and items matter to . like once a level 90 player defeated 3 level 100 player cause he had world champion items . and a guys once became world enemy by getting world champion title and world class and could defeat 37 level 100 players as a level 100 player

Cocytus also has the largest arsenal of all the guardians, having been given 21 different weapons by his creator, including his old personal weapon, the ‘Imperial Sword of the Gods’. Cocytus is extremely powerful, and is one of Nazarick's three Level 100 Warrior NPCs. His attack power when using a weapon is considered to be the best in the tomb. He can fight with four weapons simultaneously. In hand-to-hand combat, Sebas has virtually no chance. Pandora actor is said to be equal (more or less) to Albedo and Demiurge (although Demiurge is the weakest of the 3, but more than makes up for it with his intelligence). The biggest and only real debate here is between Mare and Cocytus. And I think the main factor will be mentality and strategy, and on that point Cocytus is clearly better than Mare. If Cocytus gets close to Mare, Mare is finished. Cocytus also has magic, admittedly he's not a mage, but it's enough to prolong the fight to his advantage in hand-to-hand combat. I'm not an English speaker/anglophone, so I apologise in advance if some of the names aren't exactly the same. I love your videos, keep them coming.
