Thank you, well I can see how that you might think that but in short no, because toner pro oxide is such a low vol/percentage that it has no really impact on the existing colour, and remember the only difference between permanent colour and semi is a strong pro oxide and some oxidative colour molecules. So if we think about it freshly beached hair the cuticle are open because of the alkaline bleach, when we put on are shampoo/ direct dye it’s almost acts like a Demi because of the condition the hair is in. Hope that answer your question best James

If your bleaching your own hair with a little help from your husband in the back, do you recommend this method or should I do an inch off the scalp and then go back in and do the scalp
