i'm afraid it's not possible, I find this really distracting at the beginning and tried to ignore it the whole entire time so far it didn't bother me that much now. Sorry if this didn't help you in a way.

3 years later lol, but I'm sure it was put in in post so she captured the making of the animation, then had that video and then overlaid the "topic" text in the corner with maybe adobe premier or a simpler video editing software.

Hi i face some problem hope someone can help. If i draw in 3d space lets say one shape in xz plane and one shape in yz plane then try rotating the view u will see that the shape drawn last always appears on the first shape. Unless both the shapes in grease pencil objects this problem appears. If the shapes are drawn with in one grease pencil object this problem occurs, even if you use multiple layers within one gp object issue still remains. Not sure if anyone else have seen this issue. I think its linked with xray settings for grease pencil may be thy are not addressing this issue. If we want to create a 3d landscape and try animate the camera movement this issue can be a problem as shapes overlap.
