4:21 press U on the main window, otherwise you will open a different menu

Pierrick these tutorials are amazing!! Is there some way to export these shaders to a png that could be used in Unity?

nice tutorial. How would you displace the image texture pixels in order for them to fit the grid?

@@PierrickPicaut_P2DESIGN hum, en gros, le dessin a des courbes qui traversent les pixels de l'écran, alors que logiquement un pixel est soit noir soit blanc, il peut pas être coupé en deux :) je me demande comment faire en sorte que la texture soit displace par rapport à la grille de pixels et pas juste superposée dessus. Je sais pas si c'est plus clair?

Haaaaa.... ouais c’est chaud. Si tu veux faire ca avec des noeuds il faut generer une matrice de point manuellement avec des maths puis clamper les « pixels » avec ton dessin. Si non, tu crees une grille de planes et tu les reduits sur ton Uvs. Chaque plane devient un pixel. Ian Hubert à fait une mini video recemment avec cette technique pour faire un elvis presley sur un ecran geant. Tu verras c’est tres simple et ultra efficace

Hi, been enjoying my way through this tutorial so far, but i've come up to a snag where the alpha doesn't seem to work on the screen cover material, no matter what value the alpha socket slider is on the screen cover node, it's either all the way opaque and i can't seen the screen underneath, or it's black. If it's anywhere between 0.000001 and 1,0, the screen is opaque, then it abruptly shifts to black when the alpha is set to 0. I opened up the example file and copied the values exactly but it still will not work correctly. I'm at a loss for how to go forward and can't really figure out the issue, have you or anyone else come across an issue like this?

Hard to tell. Check your clipping distance in the viewport. MAke sure to keep the current screen distant from the screen glass
