Hi Gleb, awesome as usual! I was stunned to see that the image at the start was the result of this quick tutorial... not bad guy, not bad! ;)

Hey Thomas, I'm really glad that you like this format. I'm always a bit afraid whether it's too quick and scratching the surface. )
@PlasmasolutionsDe9 жыл бұрын
Gleb Alexandrov The format is great! Especially when you reached a certain level, you don't want every bit to be explained...it's enough when you see the big steps.. I saw only one small hickup in there for the "normal" user: One has to activate the NodeWrangler addon to follow your "preview material tip" - maybe you add that as an annotation..

Very nice Gleb, and a perfect duration for an experienced user. I think you could loose noobs a bit. Perhaps remind them where to go for a deeper explanation of basics that you are glossing over?

David McSween I like the fast speed, but I could probably take it 10% slower. I have to keep pausing it to check values he's using! : )

This would be even cooler if there was a way to animate it with music.
@timmusic1239 жыл бұрын
Could you not just Animate the "randomnes"? There is a way to use music to Animate things but i dont know the Name of it
@cyclessaga97439 жыл бұрын
You can bake sound files to an f-curve. So you clould place a keyframe in a math node and bake the keyframe to fcurve. It will be hard to make that look good though!
@timmusic1239 жыл бұрын
CyclesSaga This is exactly what I meant. but i tried it and i don´t find a way to make it. if i make a keyframe in the node editor, it does not show up in the f-curve editor
@sespider9 жыл бұрын
Someone (don't remember who) found a way to animate array objects with music. But I could never get my head around it. It just seemed very complicated and I lost interest after many failed attempts Personally, I would think that there was a way to animate the textures (etc) along the curve via a driver. And animate the driver based on a audio's beat/wave. Of course, saying it is easy on paper. lol
@joshh13419 жыл бұрын
SEspider You could use other software to create an audio reaction animation and import it as an image texture and I know you can make a 'texture' force field in blender, so something similar may be possible...
