Cycles is faster than Path tracer. Eeve Nxt is better than Lumen. Both Softwares are good but render is more realistic in Blender. UE is majorly for games and fantasy enviornments where you need high fps. Blender is for movies, animation etc

If u r new to 3d softwares tab tak after effects sikhte jao.. for 2d animation, motion graphics and wht not! And side by side 3d seekho. And buddy lastly koi 2-3 software dhang se kr lo… rather than learning everything. And yes maya main time lagega seekhne main but bht need rehti hai industry main iski. Same goes for unreal if tum game development main jana chahte ho.
