It is such a shame that in the real Roman Catholic church there was not more priests like Father Duddleswell and Father Boyd. Instead that church has produced many evil men and women as clergy.

Me and my Mum used to know the Catholic Priest who used to live at the back of our Garden and he looked a little like Father Boyd and had some nice looking pet Chickens and a rescued cat. when one of our friends had passed away Mum helped to get a message to him and the Priest rushed over to give our friend the last rights despite our late friend being a member of the Church of England.

As a fairly senior Catholic, I have seen my share of good and bad priests. Luckily, the good VASTLY outnumbered the bad. Unfortunately, one of the worst was the parish priest all during my childhood and was as feared by children as any mythical monster could be...he was NOT a patient man.
