Blessings of winter and sowing of spring [living with handmade] ｜ Planter Garden

暖かい日もあれば寒い日もあるこの頃ですが、いかがお過ごしですか？
秋にオマケでもらったミニ大根の種が育って小さなミニ大根になりました。
もう少し早く種蒔きが出来たらもう少し大きくなったと思うのですが、
董立ちが始まっていたので収穫して食べてみることにしました。
竜田揚げにして食べてみたら、驚くほど美味しかったんです！
大根の葉っぱも、「これ大根葉？柔らかい・・・」と家族も驚くほどでした。
小松菜も董立ちがはじまっていたので硬いかな、と思っていたけど柔らかくて美味しかったです。
プランターガーデンけっこう良いかも✨
春は種蒔きの季節です。
今私が使うことのできるプランターガーデンは場所が限られるので厳選して
植えないといけないですが、以前住んでいた北海道では寒くて無理だったものも植えられたりして嬉しい悩みも続きそう・・・

はい❗️楽しみです😍 アボちゃん種、根っこが出てくるまで2ヶ月かかりました😂今は発芽して40センチくらいに成長しました❗️後から育て始めた別種アボちゃんは1ヶ月ほどで根っこ出てきて今10センチくらいの芽が出てます🌱 時期とか種の性格とか色んな事が関係してるんだなぁって日々植物のパワーを感じてます💕 ヴィーガンにならなかったら見えてこなかった景色かもしれないなと感じてます☺️

Thank you very much.☺️ What we put in the soil is food scraps with rice bran for 10 days. We let it sit and ferment to enrich the microorganisms. The microorganisms produce what the plants need. These days, I feel more love for kitchen garbage than before by using EM bacteria. EM bacteria makes a fine bokashi with a fruity aroma. Livewell Household Garbage Disposer Kitchen Compost Bokashi Compost (White) This is the bucket I use.

小さなポットは100えんショップで購入しました。 はじめて使ったのですが、私が植えたいものには小さすぎて苗の育ちに影響してました そのまま移植も難しく、剥がして植えることになってしまいました お勧めするのが難しいものを使ってしまっています💦
