Prada Luna Rossa Sport certainty is not a sport fragrance in the traditional sense. There is absolutely nothing fresh about it. It is a exactly what the notes suggest it is.....a semi-sweet vanilla/tonka fragrance with at touch of lavender the combo of which gives off a powdery vibe. I pick up on a distinct hay note (which used to be listed as a note when it just came out).and it does make the frgrance smell somewhat interesting....almost like a lightly sweetened dried tobacco leaf vibe. Mine is an older bottle and that hay accord is definitely there and I quite like it. For me its a fragrance I wear a lot for myself at home. Its comforting and sleep inducing. Definitely not for hot weather as its not soapy like some other Pradas. It is to my mind ideal for laid back casual activity in mild temperatures. A nice breezy cooler late summer or early fall day and this would fit the bill perfectly for a casual outdoor occasion!

I like the Luna Rosa line. I have Black and Extreme. I will eventually collect all of them starting with the discontinued versions.

@@BlindBuysFragrance it smells like spices and soap. Has a strong soapy smell that stings my nose a little. It smells like I just stepped out of the shower. Lasts about 5- 6hrs on my skin. I prefer Luna Rosa Black which is my signature scent lately.

Another good honest review. One I passed on it seemed too much probably the typical Macy's Effect type. Anyways glad to see you posted Geoff I was thinking about you hoping you didn't get effected by those huge floods out that way. If you want to have a good week of wearing something I think you should enjoy smelling, I'd suggest the D&G The One you have. Not sure if it's suited for this time of year (might be ok) but it smells the same & great all year long anyways. 😁😀

Hey Lon! Thanks for thinking of me, I didn’t get caught up in any of that flooding but I did have one of my beautiful trees get knocked over and I’ve been busy trying to rectify that scar in the yard. This weather has been quite the unit this year. I’ll have to throw The One into the polls and get some votes at it or just do it at one of my personal picks one of these days.
