Comments like this (and reactions to videos like this) make me happy I didn't listen to that vocal minority who only ever wanted to see "normal gfreds" when I started doing variants and instead just followed where my own desires and enjoyment took me

Personally, your enjoyment (or lack thereof, occasionally) is what makes your videos enjoyable. Watching you go through the motions, even just towards the end of a season sometimes, can itself become stale in a sense​@@broughy1322

That was a fun GFred! I had an awful start and was basically dead last but still managed to finish 4th due to good car selections.

I like how you could tell which path gets you which option for some of the checkpoints if you'd pay close attention but they were deceiving each time with the "regular car" giving you the golf cart and the "plane" giving you the ultra light. Awesome selection!

This was really fun! The thought put in to it was awesome, particularly the car vs bike being really clever as the bike was faster than the car but the car could make the airport jump which the bike couldn't!

Think of it this way, Broughy; the same thing that happened to RBS happened to you so ultimately you're in very good company. Overall this was a fantastic race. Barring the observatory, I feel like the sides were particularly well curated and while there was always a better option it wasn't decidedly so with all other checkpoints having good tradeoffs for the lesser option.

A lil advice: plane speeds are strongly affected by the height you fly at, there are basically two modes - below 1st line on the radar (slow) and above (fast). If you ever get a plane, gain some altitude and just fly horizontally, that's the most efficient strategy. Helis aren't affected by height at all

on top of this fact, there's also a speed glitch with the Ultralight that allows it to fly at truly ludicrous speeds by diving down from a very high altitude and then pulling up before the radar line. the only thing that can go faster is the Hydra while doing its own speed glitch (would've been fun if that was the other pick -- two speed glitches against each other)

@TheRCTAddict Yeah, i know about both of these tricks, even posted a video about Ultralight speed glitch 4 years ago. The only thing - it's inconsistent. It works perfectly in the first session you join but after you switch to another session it magically stops working no matter how you get an Ultralight, hangar directly or thru interaction menu. So you can't really rely on it in races

The ultralight is one of the fastest vehicles in game if you go really high. I'm sure if you went high and divebombed the finish, you would've finished higher

I learned too late that swooping up and down was faster in the Ultralight! If I'd figured that out faster I would have probably held onto the lead but it was great fun regardless

The R88 problems all came from losing the front wing coming out of the airport and not ditching the rear wing at the same time. The open wheelers really need to have balanced downforce or they become undrivable.

I already did this concept but in a tiny circle in order to have a constant fight lol :) I should do an over one with chernobog, ramp buggy, vigilante, phantom wedge, ... witch are faster than your vehicle and that come to destroy you from behind. Imagine have bad luck, choose a regina, suv, caddy, bus, ... and all that things come on you, or have good luck choose phantom and destroy everything on your way lol

Still dont understand Broughys stubbornness to learn new lines! Just an example as he started up the Elevator route he slowed down to do what he knows as the middle route. And the car behind him was going for the Elevator route which you keep your speed up to enter and is faster up Chiliad! Broughy needs to learn tge new routes to stay competitive in his own game!!! Love watching him but cringe when he refuses to learn a better way than he knows!❤
