I think the joke on Derpy being locked out goes back to "Slice of Life"when she locked the main six out of the wedding. As for the episode- Big step back for Twilight. This and "2 4 6 8...." left me cold on TwiDash. Pinky and the cheer squad didn't need to go thru all that.

Weekly, as AJ seems to suggest, by saying that something was a category last week, or yearly, because if it isn't yearly, why does Twilight care so much about 3 wins in a row? I mean it's only 3 weeks she's wasting and she can easily repeat it later, also, if it's weekly, would Sunburst really care so much about it, to drive there all the way from the crystal empire? Also, in the question about Zap apples, Twilight for whatever reason, was waiting for Pinkie to answer, even tho I think, she knew the answer herself, is there a rule, about it? There can't be , because Cranky was sleeping troughout half of the game, before he was disqualified, and didn't answer any questions, Was Twilight trying to be a "good friend" by letting Pinkie answer the question, if so, that was an incredibly dumb way to go about it, when she saw, that Pinkie can't remember, she should have answered herself and let her answer a question, that Pinke actually knew the answer to, for example the one about cupcakes.
