I'm not so sure that Deadpool would be able to beat Pinkie in a legit fight. I mean, don't get me wrong, Deadpool is easily the better/more experienced fighter and deadlier of the two... But, there's one important question that I don't think any brony has really asked before claiming that Deadpool would beat Pinkie... Does Deadpool actually have any way of killing best pony? Sure, Deadpool has guns and swords, but what good would shooting holes/cutting through Pinkie do when she's been shown to be able to literally fall to pieces only to put herself back together moments later? Deadpool's dealt with healing factors before, sure, but Pinkie's survivability doesn't come from a healing factor. It comes from rule of funny and cartoon physics. Deadpool can't cheat against Pinkie because of this, or at least there's no evidence that he'd be able to. So, unless Deadpool has a weapon that I don't know about that would be able to kill her (or you try to argue that Deadpool could damage her internal organs despite not really being able to damage her body ), Deadpool actually can't do much to Pinkie in the long run. Of course, the same can be said for Pinkie. While she does have some advantages over Deadpool that could be fairly significant (Speed, Pinkie sense, very possibly smarter and more durable ), she doesn't really have any way to finish off Deadpool either. So, even in an entirely legit fight, while Deadpool can certainly outfight Pinkie, I believe the battle would have ended in a stalemate. Not unless someone can come up with some way that one could have killed the other.

phoenixwright7 ok long answer here but there is only one way I can think of, time. While it's true with what you said, it would be a stalemate, all Deadpool would have to do is wait and outlive her and there it is. Let me explain. As of this battle, Deadpool is immortal. Thanos cursed him with it and they said he wanted to lift it but that would mean Deadpool could be with Death and sounds like he didn't. In MLP death is a thing. Never mind Applejacks parents which isn't ever expressly stated only ever hinted. (The closest hint being AJ saying 'if mom and dad where here...) aside from that, in Hearts and Hooves day there is a straight up funeral. So, is my example a cop-out? Probably, but it's all I could think of.

From some comments that I've seen about Deadpool, I believe his immortality was eventually gotten rid of. I could be wrong though. I ain't an expert on Deadpool XD. That said, assuming that Deadpool still had his immortality, yeah, he could in theory outlive Pinkie... But in a legit death battle, would that even be a viable outcome of a fight? I'd say that they'd be more likely to end the fight in a draw and then in their post analysis reveal the possibility of Deadpool eventually outliving Pinkie and by doing so "winning"... Which is still a pretty incredible outcome if ya think about it. As far as either of us can think of, our favorite adorable Pink pony could very possibly survive a fight to the death with the man that wiped out most of the marvel universe. Again, unless there's something that we're all missing here.

Incintos 98 Well, since this conversation is still going, I'll just say that while I like the idea, here's how I see it happening: All the stuff you said, then Pinkie popping up to say "Nope! Never happened! Totally not canon." See, the Death Battle crew only pulls their research from canon sources. While they may occasionally mention non-canon things, like they do in the Akuma and Shao Kahn episodes, they never factor into the battles themselves.

How are you always able to come up with such perfect intros and outros? ^^ And you pretty much analysed and predicted the battle perfectly, great job! This one one of those videos where I really love to watch non-brony reactions to it. It's so interesting to see how they react to Gen 4-material, since most of them only know the Gen 1-stuff from their childhood. Btw, that comic at 11:25 is from the "Ponies of Dark Water"-arc (issue #43-45) and I really recommend checking them out if you are interested in seeing the Mane 6 become corrupted and evil. I definitively enjoyed that concept a lot ;-)

Well for Pinkie Pie's research they have an employee who does some of the research who is a brony, a member of the out of town research team who is a brony, and Chad the guy who does Boomstick (the one with the stupid hair) watches MLP with his daughter and after RD vs Starscream has started taking notes every time one of the characters does something crazy that they can use in death battle if they ever decide to use another pony. Let's just say if Twilight ever gets used in a battle expect a DBZ style fight thanks to the season 4 finale.

I kinda expected this, since both "fighters" are virtually indestructible and break the fourth wall. I did notice, though, that certain things were prominently mentioned in the pre-fight talks that never got used (bubblegum fairy cake, Pinky's spider sense, etc). I now ship this (DeadPie? Having watched the Death Battle Cast where they discuss the fight, it would seem they did take this fight as seriously as any fight (at least as seriously as that controversial one - you know which two I mean). The result of the fight is what would happen most of the time if these two characters fought within the parameters of Death Battle. There are those exceptional cases where the fight would end in a fatality almost as soon as it begins (assuming Screwattack took into account something they did omit from their intro of the characters), but those are very unlikely cases.
