You'd be surprised how a freestyle can go, spitting off the top is literally killing shit that you yourself have never said heard or thought of. Mostly they are rhymes and words that you use alot and rearrange how you spit for the free, but when it's off the top sometimes it gets more fluid and doper shit comes out that's completely fresh.
