To my knowledge, Blind Guardian is the only band where all 3 guitarists are regularly listed in the top 100 guitar magazines. In addition, the good drummers and the keyboarder. There is no need to talk about Hansi's singing qualities. If you liked Blind Gurdian check out Aeryon - The Day That The World Break Down. In addition to Hansi, there are 10 other excellent singers to be heard.

Love these guys! You can basically pick any song and it's going to be a winner. They are awesome live, but they also do some really cool studio stuff with layering of the vocals and instruments. Check out something from their new album like "Violent Shadows" or "Life Beyond the Spheres"

Oh damn guys, I'm so so glad you liked them this much! If you ever decide to listen some more I wholeheartedly recommend live performances of 'And then there was silence' or 'The last candle'. They are really great songs, and you'll see the band a bit younger ;D Anyway, great reaction and I wish you the best.

This is how power metal sounds! 🤘 And "Mirror, Mirror" is my favourite Blind Guardian song. But I strongly suggest you to listen to the album version of it or even watch the official video (it is funny, I think you would enjoy it, although it's a bit shortened version of the song). In this live performance Hansi (the singer) sings so many lines an octave lower, I guess he is older and it is probably too tiring for him to sing high on concerts. But one of the most amazing things about this song (the audio version), for me, is his voice. Anyway, I am really happy you like them. 😊🖤

For a long time he was "cheating" on some of the higher notes and singing them lower, but lately he seems to have his old voice back. I watched a couple concerts from last year's tour playing all of Somewhere Far Beyond, he wasn't taking any shortcuts, he sounded like he did on the album.

@@JayTor2112 Can confirm. I saw them several times over the last decade and thanks to the 'small woman advantage' always ended up very close to the stage. He sounded absolutely glorious last summer, of course he is always fantastic no matter if he goes slightly lower, but he was on full blast this time around.

Listen to "Wheel of time" and "And than there was silence" (both songs the album versions, because of their complexity it is difficult to play them live). They also have a new Album.
