eivor bought a new drum in vienna, it is made from bright goat skin and therefore it is a bit more stable when it comes to temperatur and humidity changes. the name of the drum is "klettur", which was the name of her fathers fishing boat. klettur translates to rock, and her father was her safe rock in life as much as the drum is her safe rock in various songs. the "old" drum is made of reindeer skin, still with her on stage.
