You know, I'm glad they didn't have Sans be a Svengallop like character and it's revealed he was using Cheese the whole time, to Cheese's detriment. The fault laid in the factory setting, not any of the ponies around him.

Hey they're the only non-canon ship I am all for. I'll admit it, in S6's Flutter Brother when Pinkie mentions Cheese, I literally thought, "Awww, they have a long distance relationship." LOL! And in this episode when Cheese hugs Pinkie a few times, once I said, "Now a few inches closer" and "Now kiss!" I know the show won't go there, but hey it's nice to dream lol.

I feel this episode was kinda needed because now any questions like "Is Pinkie gonna start a business?", "What else is pinkie gonna do?" Will Pinkie travel equestria like cheese sandwich?" have been answered (Some people wish for a different answer though).

What kind of bs are you talking about. They have already covered this topic at least a half dozen times already. And each time they had her discover her purpose, which she'd already done before. This is just proof that the writers don't actually watch the show.

@@titanhades4331 Sorry but its not bs those episodes covered what she was already doing but that was all before everyone of her friends accomplished their goal/dream. The little bit of doubt & jealousy Pinkie had in this episode is something that is very relatable because people go through this kind of thing a lot when seeing their friends go on to bigger & better things (Pinkie is also the only main character that this specific kind of topic could have worked with at this point in the show anyway). When they have these kinds of feelings naturally they want to make sure if they are completely ok with staying where they are or seeing if they want to add a little bit more to their life. P.s I don't expect a writer new or old to watch 200+ episodes to write 1 new episode that would be unreasonable & kinda impossible unless you are talking about specific episodes but even then that would be a lot depending on what they were planning to do for the new episode.

@titan hades. When? There is a difference between a purpose and a dream. Yes, Rarity's purpose is to design clothing, but that doesn't mean she just limits herself to her hometown. Yes, Fluttershy's purpose is to help animals, but later on she made her Animal Sanctuary. Pinkie knows her purpose is to make Ponies laugh. She just wanted to find out if she could do it on a larger scale like the others do.

I hope the fact that Sans only responded to "puns" as Cheese directly stated around 22:18 was done on purpose. XD Really adore this one. Was just just okay with it at first but on a couple rewatches it got even better and I really like how they interpret and deconstruct different types of humor like the bait 'n' switch Pinkie clearly prefers in the factory. Also, the moral is applicable to folks IRL

I really liked this episode. I could never really follow where it was going up until much later than a normal episode, without that taking away from the episode.

@@titanhades4331 I guess I can see where you're coming from, but I do disagree. Over the course of 200+ episodes, it's no doubt that some things would come up with _some_ similarities. But this whole thing of all the characters' future being used to cast a lens on a different character was relatively new, as well as the resolution.

Pinkie Pride was a much better episode than this one was for sure (which I would gave an 8.5). The only reason I give this a 6 instead of a 5 is because of Weird Al. Automatic point for a song (by anyone, it's factored into my scale. One point for a full song, half for a partial). Honestly, hiring Weird Al to revoice Cheese, I expected a few more songs. Luckily I had just seen him in concert two weeks prior, so I had plenty of Cheese vocals fresh in my mind.

It was very difficult to evade the early releases to this episode and beyond it. To keep myself from getting spoiled, I sat down and watched “The Last Laugh” prior to the DF release. Now, in regards to my thoughts on this episode, I liked it. Not particularly as strong as “Pinkie Pride,” but this one was still good anyways. Plus, having Cheese Sandwich/Weird Al return was a treat all on its own. S9 is still growing strong in my opinion and it just might be the best season I’ve seen in this series by the end of G4, fingers crossed.

Sure I get that AJ could've stayed in Manehattan and lived with her aunt and uncle Orange, and Twilight could've just said no to Celestia from the beginning, like the very beginning, saying "No, I'm staying here in Canterlot with my books"

I really admire your dedication to making each episode viewable on screen, even if you have to cut through corners with Hasbro to make it happen. I do feel like stretching the footage would overall be the best option, but I mean, I guess in the long run, it’ll be worth it.

I really liking what they doing with the mane six episodes this season.their are simple but show the best of each character. Point of no return (Twilight episode) Going seed (applejack episode) And now this one is a pinkie episode.I hope the other three get one episode focusing on them too

They put a *skele-ton* of work into this and I found it very *humerus* . I'll be laughing until I'm *coffin bones* . Oh no! I think my *carpuses* are about to buckle! I need a *cheese sandwhich* , but I'll go off to get *sesamoid* seed bagles instead! Cheese telling a _pun_ to Sans to make him *crack up* really shows that Hasbro did this on purpose. A good number fans kept asking stuff like "What else is Pinkie gonna do?" since she is basically the only one of the mane 6 without a goal or dream being accomplished much like she said in the episode. This gave them answer but a few people aren't exactly happy with it.
