Hello I own fx 30 which has C Type input, I don't want to use dummy battery. Can i simply use 970 battery and power output via DC to C type converter wire If yes do I have to keep my FZ 100 in camera. Pls help

I have the same question. I just received mine to power my Sony A7IV through USB-C but it doesn’t power the camera. I don’t want to buy the dummy battery I’m on a budget.

How long would you say the camera stays posted with the dummy battery and what size is that npf battery? I tried powering my A7IV with a npf 970 and the usbc and it only lasted 2.5hrs which seems really little
