Blind Tasting Two Duck Shit Oolongs From White2Tea

We blind tasted the Gold and Red Duck Shit dan cong oolong teas that are offered by White2Tea and see which one is better.

You clearly need to be developing more skill at making brew adjustments before trying to blind taste teas. Some teas are difficult to get concentration but when you make brew adjustments that usually means fewer steeps rather than profoundly under flavored tea. Also the description of the red specifically says it's not a classic style. With that transparency, your criticism that it is not classic is ridiculous.

Yea you're right, I probably should have at least read about it before tasting. I really enjoy going into things completely blind though, and figuring out how to properly brew something before filming would defeat the purpose. We really do appreciate the feedback btw.
