Without a doubt, HyunWoo’s mom is the best. Also, the blow drying scene was significant because HaeIn doesn’t like when anyone (except her hairdresser) touches her hair.

they both are at fault for the deterioration in their marriage, it is not just hyunwoo. hyunwoo couldn't handle how cold haein was about the miscarriage (because he was obviously mourning too) and how her family treated him all the time and then haein put all these walls around her which she didn't want to let down. their entire problem is miscommunication really because they never truly stopped loving each other.

It is important to note that Haein has ALWAYS waited for hyunwoo despite him thinking otherwise and her not correcting his misconception. It is shown very briefly throughout the show and even in flashbacks (you will never notice unless you rewatch and pay close attention). Since he left her first (leaving their shared rooms), the only thing she could do was wait for him since he made that decision first. Shes more of an action person and hyunwoo deals more with words. Its really unfortunate he didnt see a lot of the things she did for him

But sometimes her coldness also made a lot of problems with their relationship. Especially about the miscarriage of how she was so show to be cold about it with hyun woo. So clearly its both their fault with the problem they have in their marriage now.

This show is just so good. Each actor is perfect. The story is something everybody can understand. Not talking open to your family or partner, not being able to for what ever reason can destroy everything. Losing a pregnancy brings so much hurt and guilt that not being able to communicate it is deathly to a partnership.

Janci, no, he didn’t move out of their bedroom until she had the nursery emptied. She unilaterally did that when he wasn’t done mourning the loss. Clearly they didn’t communicate but it bothers me that he keeps getting blamed while she gets the pass, due to her illness, when we see their history shows he’s been caring and protective of her from the beginning and put up with all the disrespect.

Yeah it seems she wanted to pretend the baby never happened and get back to work. It was hurtful to him for her to get rid of all the baby stuff so quickly(like it was nothing) and without even telling him.

@@bereasonable8018 but then again, she was also hurting physically. they were both mourning but it was still haein who carried the baby n even blamed herself for losing the baby. the only problem w both of them was the lack of communication, imo haein has all the rights to clear out the baby room considering that most people dont want to see things that remind them of the deceased but talking it out w hyunwoo wouldve been better but it was also hyunwoo who decided to quickly left haeins side. its sad actually, if hyunwoo really knows haein he wouldve known that haein was just shutting down.

@@butterflyyyyxxxno she doesn’t have ALL the rights to just go ahead and clear out the room. That was HIS baby too. That is what being married is all about. You can’t make decisions like that and expect your partner to just be okay with it when you didn’t talk to them. Hee-in has the right to WANT to clear out the room but not the full right to just go ahead and clear it out without talking to her Husband. He was mourning his child too. That is why he is honestly fully validated in moving out right away without talking to her. If she wants to make decisions without talking to him first(decisions that affects both of them) then he can go ahead and do the same. So no actually she was the first one to decide to leave his side when she made a decision like that without him.

Aaaaa, love the reactions. Can't wait for the next episode. I think Hyunwoo is more of the words of appreciation as his love language as his first love language. While haein is more of act of service. Growing up in that kind of environment i guess i understand why being vulnurable and talking feelings is not really her thing. Maybe she do when they start dating and the first year of their marriage, but when conflict came, they both closed off from each other.

40:40 he reacted that way, probably because of how she treated and acted after the miscarriage. Remember how she threw away all the baby stuff. In the pov of the guy, "Is this how cold you are? Our child just died, and like it was nothing, you threw the baby stuff away, just like that? ." But in her pov, she threw it away because that's probable how she wants to deal with the loss. If that makes sense... They both had different ways to face the loss. In each other's eyes, it's just polar opposite.

44:31 it is just a saying, that this part of the story was actually based on one of the known millionaire conglomerate Henry Sy in the Philippines where he started from the button by selling a shoes in front of a big mall company but that company force him out bcs they think that it will affect the mall appearance and so he work hard day and night till he became very big and now one of the Billionaire in the Philippines which who owns the biggest mall there(Biggest mall in all Asia actually) which is SM. And i heard the story about the Grandfather of how he became this rich is inspired by Henry Sy.

Mourning the loss a child is incredibly hard to even imagine for most. Trying to put more responsability towards one of them is wrong. He at least openly showed sadness and how upset he was with what she did with the room. Its weird to see so much: “if only he had stayed longer” “if only he noticed this and that” Thats the point. He can’t, she doesn’t SHOW or SAY anything. And he isn’t perfect either, far from it. But boy its annoying seeing ppl give her actions passes constantly while the show actively tries to show us its a mutual blame thing

Most of the time in their discussion there's always someone or even more saying that they both caused the issues in their marriage and that they both needed to talk to each other more. Sometimes just try watching something yourself and not go with other people's opinions.
