24:27 So, one thing idk if you get it the reason for him to make the crossbow, but mostly Japan has VERY strick laws for guns unlike USA. I'm not like certain how USA works out with guns (I'm from Portugal and it's easy to get for what I heard), but Japan is like very hard on it. Gun shops aren't a thing, I believe? And you have to do like a huge ass process to have one even so. Or if you are creative, litteraly create a homemade pistol (like the recently situation that happened like last year, I think). 16:51 Also, fun fact: in the Terminator lore, there is another AI. I forgot the name, but pretty much the Russians made their own Skynet. It got powered down during the nuclear war as few the bombs that it wasn't able to stop hit its nodes. Years in the future, Skynet was raiding a base in Russian and found it, turning it on and made it self-aware cause it saw that other AI as a "kindred spirit", even though the Russian AI was not happy that Skynet made it self-aware and started plotting against Skynet.

You can actually buy guns legally in Japan and there are shops for them, but it's far, far harder than in the US. Only hunting weapons are allowed, not handguns, there are very strict regulations for acquiring a license and for storing and using the guns. If your gun is stolen because you stored it improperly you can go to jail for the negligience, and firing a gun in a residential zone can result in a life sentence, even if you didn't actually hit anybody.
