His real name is Hiroshi Fujioka, and Sega asked him and named his character Segata Sanshiro to be its mascot for promoting Sega Saturn. Fujioka is the first ever Kamen Rider, which is a long-lived Japanese superhero series since 1970s! The first time he came on TV, it was so ridiculous and hilarious and so awesome we all sang the theme in school :D

Both are very entertaining to watch! I love the idea of them popping up in a future Death Battle, Make it Happen Screwattack!!! Yeah you need to pretty much finish volume 2 of RWBY before you watch Yang v Tifa if you don't wanna be spoiled. Though I saw the Death Battle before vol 2 and liked it just fine so, up to you.
