I am enjoying your videos. Am doing the rubberband method every a.m. sometimes evenings. My main concern is festoons or malar bags that sit top of the cheek bones. I have them and hate them. Some mornings they are very pronounced. I realize it is lymphatic fluid but do not know of a reasonable method to reduce them. They can make me look tired when I am not. Any advice ?

As a beginner you should not do more than 5 min at a time, is what she said in the video about the rubber bands. but you can do several 5 minutes sets in a day.

Yes. You can slowly increase the time, as long as you are comfortable. Some people even sleep with rubber bands

Rub castor oil on your eye lids and around your eyes at night. I have floaters in my left eye and this definitely works. Buy organic, cold pressed, hexane free in a dark brown bottle
