Blists Hill - Living Victorian Town - A Complete Tour - Ironbridge

Join us as we take a step back in time to the Victorian era, here in England, where we visit the brilliant Blists Hill Victorian Living Museum.
The Blists Hill Victorian Town Museum is in Ironbridge, Telford, UK and is said to be the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution.
We take a complete tour of this Victorian Town, starting off by changing our cash to old money at the Lloyds Bank, all the way to the far end of the town to the Hay Incline Plane.
We join in a traditional music hall sing song in the old pub, and learn about lots of trading skills along the way.
You couldn't visit the Blists Hill Victorian Town without visiting the old chip shop, where the chips are cooked in beef fat, or getting a bag of old style sweets for the journey home.
At the end of our trip to the museum, we head a few minutes down the road into the town of Ironbridge where we look around the town, marvel at the stunning, Thomas Farnolls Pritchard designed, 'Iron Bridge'.
In true postcard and a pint style, we finish of the day with a nice cold pint.

Postcard & A Pint was thought up by my partner, Rachel & myself, Wills one day while taking our daily 1 hour exercise during the lockdown of 2020.
