While this is a theory, with the newest episode i'm pretty certain that they didn't makeout. Fizzarolli and Blitz are still on unstable terms even after their make up, and Fizz still doesn't trust him properly. Plus he's extremely loyal to Ozzie and doesn't want to loose him. I suspect this is hinting at a future conflict where Ozzie is worried about Fizz and they get in an argument about how Oz doesn't want him going out anymore. Fizz wants to be his own person away from the spotlight, even though he enjoys some of the perks of being famous. This may be a dynamic confict in the relationship where we can see if the couple handles it healthily or not. Thats my take on it
