It's been awhile since I've been bit by a unit or the capacitor, but I've been bit probably a dozen times in 20+/- years of working on these things. Some were real bad hits and some weren't so bad. You usually learn from mistakes where not to touch and different techniques lol

@@FencerFixerRepairLLCKansasCity That's a phone you're recording with? I thought it was like a GoPro or something because of the 4K. I cracked my old iPhone 7 lens back in the day. Landed on a pebble head on. Cost me $40 to have it replaced while I waited. It was never the same durability after that though.

@@TechGorilla1987 I've always used just a smart phone and nothing fancy lol. I'll have to look at a place to get that fixed. The rest of the phone is fine. The camera that looks back at me is fine, it's just the camera lens looking out at things that got damaged somehow.

@@FencerFixerRepairLLCKansasCity Frankly, I looked at Google reviews for a local place. I called the guy up and he said come on down. I went in and he performed all of the work right in front of me. The phone never left my site. He disassembled the phone testing the camera the whole time and making sure I was satisfied. The lens wasn't the original gorilla glass, but the speed and price left me totally happy.
