Correct, Blitz he does I've watched so many SCP vids he's basically unstoppable. Also, it says it also over time duplicates (As for a file I have previously seen) and it's strong, and it moves at a very fast speed, faster than the time it takes you to blink and open your eyes again, and snaps your neck so if you encounter it watch it at all times.
