If you fight at night, Paladius sleeps and it lets you just focus on Necromus.

If your damage is low, you can also leave a party slot empty, and throw your freshly-caught Necromus at Paladius once he's recovered some HP. He has type advantage, so he makes quick work of his sibling. Source: Accidentally killed my first Paladius by doing this. Whoops.

@@abyss7378Doing it at night and only dealing with one is still easier than hoping one stays on your pal and doesn't kill it. Which it will kill any pall you through out, even if you use something like Astegon. Which you can set his skills to have type over either centaur as he is a dark/dragon. My team had a total of like 7/15 attacks were dragon type and you will easily fight through the night at which point you just stay away from Paladius, which is not hard, so it doesn't agro and finish off Necromus. Then switch all atks you can to dark type and go for Paladius.

@@verneveI think rather than leaving a slot open just bringing an extra Astegon would be better. I had Shadowbeak and Astegon as my two dark types I had with me and a total of 4 dragon types. Would have been nice if I had swapped out Jormuntide or Oserick for another Astegon as I had a few from breeding up the Shadowbeak. Astegon is really good for this fight because he has type over both.

The issue with the berries is work vs eating efficiency. They only eat one or 2 items to get them over 50% food. So berrys not giving much food makes them go to the food box often. Give them salad or pizza and they won't eat often and get work speed buffs

I spent the whole day a few days ago breeding the absolute *crap* out of Jetragons in four different breeding pens... Went through almost 250 cakes, but now I've got one with Legend/Swift/Runner/Nimble, and it's HILARIOUS... I usually don't even bother with fast travel, I just zoom across the map at Mach Jesus

I took my Pal Box to the Necromus & Pladius boss battle… I turned on 3x spawn rate & I went Nec & Plad x6 vs my 20+1 Pals.. managed to capture 5 out of the 6 bosses & got one of the Legendary schematics 👍🏼

Its not that the berries go bad, is that they make your pals sad and injured... (Or rather doesn't prevent them from becoming that way.) They offer no San, so you're pals deteriorate. Either cook the berries so they offer at least 1 San, or get some fancy pal beds and hot tubs so your pals can recover some san on thier own.

They tell you to stop feeding them only berries because you can cook berries and it'll do your pals better in terms of saniety and hunger. You can make lettuce and a tomato farm and make hamburgs, cheeseburgs for everyone

The bit about berries is berries dont give a SAN bonus. Tossing jam buns or even cooked berries just make less downtime. If you got salads it boosts their work efficiency too.

the wild pals can take and die from fall damage so most likely necromus got sent up in the air by an explosion and died. paladius is normal so dark is his weakness

Why not use a Rushoar for the manual mining? Get it some good passives like Swift, Lucky, Ferocious and Musclehead, upgrade the Partner skill and slap on some pal souls, and it will smash straight through multiple nodes collecting everything. Just make sure to aim it correctly, because it outruns a Jetdragon on the 100m sprint :P

You need shark dude team. Level them up with condenser and make em level 5. Then you have crazy team. 4 shark + any pals with buff to player. (Gives fire,ice,water damage to the player) Shark guy gives the player damage multiplier. More condenser level means more damage. Then your average damage goes up. 100 to 1500 or something. With 4 pal +1 element for riding.

I see the comments below about correcting him on doing something about berries in his food. The video creator already disparaged people trying to correct him on it, which is impolite but it's his channel. But it's likely he intentionally leaves the berries to generate more comments for the algorithm.

Sorting an inventory resets all spoil timers in that inventory, whether personal inventory or container.

When figthing both in the day just alternate between shadowbeak (for paladius)and jetragon (for necromus) pretty easy tbh also mount ur pal first and do all your attacks then dismount and its skills cooldown should reset immediately and u get 2 sets of attacks in quick succession

Tip: If you go at night time. Paladius will be sleeping and you can fight necromus alone. If you want to make it easier.

I think the pathing ai in this instance you were talking about jetragon circling him, I think what's happening there is your jetragon used all his skills and all were on cool down or he had no stamina. Two ways to fix this is give him a low cost skill so he can do damage more often or ride him and use his skills as pal skills and skills while mounted have separate cooldowns

The berry's don't give alot of saturation and doesn't give the pals any boosts, you can cook the berry's to make them give 1 sanity which will help your pals work without stressing but better food gives better buffs and definitely can be worth it for a more effective base

Berries do not give the nutrition the pals need so they’ll get depressed, sprained, fractured, etc etc more often if they do not get high nutrition food, also the sanity boost helps keep them from those debuffs, and better food = less time eating, more time working, don’t worry about food spoiling either, they eat it faster than it spoils

Better food means less downtime, and in some cases even makes your pals work faster. Use Salads, they're cheap, keep your pals sane, and make them work 30% faster

blitz one tip normal is weak to dark and dark is weak against dragon so pro tip: use dark type pals agains paladius and dragon pals agains necromus

Spoil? That's just silly. The problem with feeding your Dinguses berries is that they are programmed to eat the moment they hit 50% hunger. Any pal with over 150 hunger points will basically run to eat, work for 3 seconds, then run to eat again. You're losing productivity since they waste so much time moving to food, back to work, then food again. Pancakes are the next food you should be using after berries until you can make pizza comfortably.

The reason your mount's skills miss so often is that you are overfucused on the reticle. Not all skills fire at the reticle, some fire forward like a flamethrower, others hit a particular point in front of the mount. Learn which skills hit where, and you'll never miss again.

I'm sure you probably already know that if you only feed them berries, they get pissed off a lot, and their SAN levels drop. You should at least feed them the pancakes, or jelly bread stuff just to keep them from rioting.

So, as far as I know, if your own Pal is weirdly flying or walking around the enemy without attacking, it's because all the attacks are on cooldown and it doesn't know what to do. Also, one of them has a triple jump, if I remember correctly.

For those not here yet. Wait till night; paladus sleeps, necromus doesn't. Necromus is dark, weak against dragon. Paladus is normal, weak against dark but it knows ice attacks which is strong against dragon so paladus should get taken out first if you're going to use a dragon on necromus. Also paladus triple jumps, not double
