I got one of these a couple of weeks ago I didn't get round to using it till yesterday at the Oneplus 6 launch and Honour 10 meet up It's a great bit of kit and with that remote, you won't shake the shot touching the screen of a phone to take a picture So light and compact

I know your video was 2 years ago. But you the only one that actually shows how to pair the remote and close look at it. One question. Does the remote work with recording or it’s only made to take pictures? Thanks.

The remote triggers the shutter on your camera app, so should work to take a photo or start/stop video as long as you're in video mode on your camera app.

How do I get the remote to work with an iphone X

Press and hold the remote button until the blue light flashes. Go to iPhone Bluetooth settings and select "BW-BS3 Sports" to pair the remote with your iPhone.

As a tripod it is not so good because it’s too flimsy and I have to support the tripod with something so it doesn’t trip. I only use it with my phone, I don’t think it can even support the weight of a camera if it trips with a phone. I don’t recommend it for the price.

Hi, Grant: I take it I should be able to swap the camera mount, and attach this to a Zhiyun Smooth 4? The Smooth has a 1/4” screw mouth - is that the BlitzWolf’s mouth size? It’s important time because I’m getting the Zhiyun in white, which is why I picked this monopod. Sound good to you? Best - Paul

Yes it has a 1/4" screw mount attachment. Although I'm not sure it'll support the size and weight of a gimbal on top of it.

Grant S Hi, thank you, I was also able to independently check this. The phone mount gets swapped out Thank you also for thinking of the weight. There might be circumstances where they can work together. Mostly it will be cool to have both the Zhiyun gimbal and the BlitzWolf in white! What a great look that will be for me. AND... As I started thinking today... I looked and found no extended warranties on Amazon. My item won’t reach me until Wednesday. HOWEVER... B&H here in NYC has the white one in stock, same price as Amazon, and they sell a four-year warranty for $25. I just had them ring me up over the phone, and the Zhiyun is waiting for me now! I cancelled my Amazon order and I’ll have it in my hands in an hour or two. YIPPEE!!

I just got the Blitzwolf but the Bluetooth is not pairing up to my Samsung A5. The blue light is flashing on the remote and the Bluetooth on my phone is on but it's not pairing up

Honestly not sure I'd trust it to hold the weight of a DSLR on its own. If the camera has a standard quarter inch screw mount, then it will work.
