Imagine how hard it would be to find out the only person you loved was an evil murderer who left you and your kids for another clan. It's so heartbreaking. The delivery of that last line pulls at my heartstrings like no other, I was already on the verge of tears but that one line got me. To anyone struggling with self-confidence and self-love, I hope you know you're an amazing person and that even if I don't know you, I'm there for you, and so many others are as well. I love how so often your warriors songs can be interpreted to be about more then just the angsty,fighting cats we all know and love. I love the art in Goldenflower she looks amazing and the song is great aswell. I just really love her desgin. I'm not the biggest Goldenflower fan but I even find it a shame how they cast her character away. They went from giving her no attention in the first series to throwing her out completely saying she was a elder. Not only was she still young she had a important relationship with the new arcs main character. We never got to see her character with Tigerstar, how she truely felt about Tawnypelt, or how hard it was raising kits alienated by her clan. As minor of a character as she is I'd love a little magna of her and Tigerstar's relationship kinda like Sasha got.

I remember hearing some of the lyrics in the Final Rewind, getting me REAL hype for the song to actually be posted so I could listen to it because I love Goldenflower! And of course, as always, you hadn't failed to deliver! This song brings me so much comfort, due to how many of my friends have been abandoning me as of late, the fact that we have been friends for, for the most part, well over 4 years. The lullaby instumental, the voice, and lyrics, EVERYTHING. And that "Now I'll finally love me too." lyric just HITS DIFFERENT. Great job, Blix! Can't wait for your next songs!

Hey Blixemi, I don’t know if you’ll see this considering this video is multiple weeks old, but I’d like to thank you for all the content you’ve put out over all these years. I haven’t been in the warriors fandom for years (recently relapsing thanks to Moonkitti). I’m almost eighteen now, but I remember being ten years old. I remember being ten and eating up all warriors content like a sponge, watching ERBoW in the corner of my living room on the lowest possible setting so my mother wouldn’t realise the kitty cats were saying cuss words and reciting said Erbows with my friends for our class at lunch. (And I remember begging you in your comments section to stop using the cuss words) I remember taking audio recordings of your songs onto my little slide phone from like 2004 and then listening to them, sometimes my younger sister and I would pretend we were on phone calls with the cats singing. So many years of amino notifications of childhood friends, “Blixemi uploaded!” So many years of singing these songs to myself, either smiling or crying. I looked up to you a lot back then, and still do respect you a lot. My old cat books are on a shelf collecting dust, the memories I have from this community; from you, still shine like gold. I always look forward to your songs 😭💕💕💕 I love how deep they can be that it can be related to not just warrior cats but in real life situations as well... this one in particular really made me cry cause it made me think about... some personal exps I've been trying to heal from I actually didn't think about how Goldenflower felt when Tigerclaw left her... but this song made me feel n think TT I think its always a good choice to leave someone, romantically or platonically, when they don't see your worth (betrayal, ignoring, being toxic e.g.) Though it can be super hard when you love them... I love how the lyrics say "Now I'll finally love me too" It means that staying in that bond where the other individual doesnt see your worth means you aren't loving yourself... You deserve more than how they treat you "I knew another you" made me cry really hard... Sometimes you know someone who was really nice to you at the start but as time goes on, they changed and suddenly... they arent the person you knew anymore (even worse when they treat you badly) ...And it's... so hard to let go because you treasure all those past good memories... (eventually those good memories turn sour tho due to the present) Also, I know this is about Goldenflower n ppl who's been in the same exp as her, but I cant help but wonder if theres any hope for people(cats) like Tigerclaw? Sometimes I just cant help but wonder if I was wrong to leave a bond like that, and whether those people who hurt me can be better somehow n be deserving of love too- (I concluded its never one's responsibility to help one to heal esp when theyre treating you badly though) To anyone who had to go through such an experience, I hope you're doing well and that you'd remember you do matter in the world 🥺💖 You deserve love and if you can love someone else so much... you can love yourself too 💕💕
