Tractor looks and sounds great! I have a CA as well that I built a 3pt for. Does duty all summer with a brush hog. Always amazes me the power it has considering it was rated at 26 or 28hp. Now if only mine was as pretty as yours.

I have to thank my dad for the way this one looks. It was the first tractor he restored and started my love for the Allis brand. I’d wager to bed they will put perform and tractor from their time with the same rating!

That CA sure looks like it can grunt, snort and bark with power. Very cool very impressive. But I will tell you my only complaint, would be looking backward that whole time. Just getting too old to be able to do that, it starts to really hurt. Knew an older gentleman with a WC, he had that rigged up with a front mounted snowblower that I thought was pretty ingenious, and it was running off that flat belt pulley on the side. Worked really well and he didn't have to look back for the whole time. Got to love and appreciate the ability of farmers to be able to sort things out and make it how they need. That is definitely the only short fall. I’m looking at doing a front mount on a WD , it’s really easy to turn the pto shaft forward there’s a fella around here that’s done it , thanks for watching , cheers friend

People don't realize that these old machines used to be the main machines and they got the work done then. Maybe not as fancy as new stuff nowadays.

Very true , I use mostly all antique equipment to do 70 acres of hay . Old . Reliable , easy to fix

@@ontariovintagetractor I got my Great Grandpa's '51 WD I'm planning on rebuilding and doing the same thing you do with it and my other Great Grandpa's '49 JD A. Even have a WD9 loader to put on the WD as well.

I have a 52 CA, I use it for seeding, spraying,mowing , pulling the hay wagon around and whatever else pops up, you have any idea what your snowblower weighs?? Reason I ask is I noticed you don't have weights on the front, mines never left the ground on me but it definitely gets really easy to steer with a 50 gallon sprayer full on it,and that's with engine side weights on it. Keep up the good work, NOTHING on the planet sounds like an Allis gasser warmed up and working

They are great tractors , not 100 percent sure what it weighs, I know I can slide it around easy myself. Tractor is lite in the steering when it’s up. Thanks for watching

Grandpa had a CA that was overbored for slight HP increase. I used to plow and disc a lot with it. Pulled a lot of people out of ditches too. People were always underestimating it.

Good day What rpm is the CA running at, seems to sound fast. tractor data says 1650 rpm How did u rig up hood turner. U haven't got 3 pt ?? Then Allis really can put hp out. Thanks

Stock RPM , this tractor is completely stock other then the blower hitch I fabricated from a another CA draw bar and it bolts to the blower , connects to tractor where the factory draw bar does. Thanks for watching

The engine is rated at 1650rpm, yours sounds much higher than that. I drove a CA for many years in the 60s and 70s and yours sounds like it is reving much higher.

The old Allis sure gets the job done. It works pretty well. We have a lot of snow here now. Does it have a hi and lo range? I should get a blower for my old Massey. I just use a blade for the snow. Take care.
