This is surely a slow winner since it can carry more passengers. While mine can hold 3 passengers less than the lift in the video and mine goes way faster but goes slower than high-speed elevators.

Very likely. This is a VIP block that was used to host important people. BLK 192 has a VIP lobby that hosted Barbara Bush (Former first lady of the US) and Li Peng (Former PRC PM) when they visited Singapore. All these VIP blocks have larger than usual lift capacities for this purpose. Not sure if the lift can still go to the 26 floor after replacement though. Other examples of VIP blocks include: 710 Ang Mo Kio 53 Toa Payoh (Although this one doesn't seem to have an enlarged capacity) 416 Bedok 639 Bukit Batok 856E Tampines 578 Pasir Ris 175 Bukit Panjang Any others? And how do they activate the secret top floor?

This one was actually replaced in 2009.

2288 hw This block had IUP announced in 2001 with the billing date in 2006. So that means the lifts here were replaced around 2004. If you don’t know much please don’t anyhow comment if you don’t have reliable evidence to prove your point.

@@elevatorfilmersg Bishan St 12 and Bishan St 13 had all their Fujitec replaced in 2008-2009, I was a student there during that time so I know those 2 places and their lifts inside out

@@hotmixer2010 the blocks that had theirs replaced in 2009 were probably 181-191. They got IUP Batch P05 and LUP (announced 20 May 2006, billed 20 Jan 2012). Blk 174-181 got IUP Batch P02 and LUP (announced 20 Mar 2004, billed 20 Jun 2009). And Blk 169-172 got LUP Batch 6 (announced 26 Apr 2008, billed 20 Sep 2013)

@@hotmixer2010 192-197 got IUP IUP Batch 8 and LUP (announced 08 Dec 2001, billed 20 Apr 2006). So I’m quite sure you recalled wrongly or you just didn’t check this part of the precinct thoroughly

@@elevatorfilmersg 100% correct, cos this model of Fujitec lift is actually from China with a different voice, and was only introduced into SG in 2007, any Fujitec before 2007 is from Singapore or Batam factory and they are 2 different models, the model before this is Exceldyne that used Juanita Nelson voice, this is China Huasheng Fujitec aka GLVF. The lifts for 192-197 were only installed and turned on in 2008, same as St 12. HDB billing dates don't reflect the actual lift status. Not sure u can ask any Fujitec technician they know all the installation dates for their lifts.
