@@MROOOZZZZZ Wrong. There are preachers just like people in the general public who are swindlers. Albeit the majority always come from the left. Just like the movements and governments the left represents and holds up as their model. But the overwhelming number of preachers of all colors not just in America but around the world come from small churches and certainly aren't wealthy. They also aren't protesters or revolutionary marxists or left wing fascists. They don't get recognized or receive in coverage from the media that hates them and those church members. Why ? Because in most of these smaller churches 200 or 300 or even less membership. They preach and teach the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Power that changes hearts and leads to eternal salvation thru Jesus Christ our Lord. They overwhelmingly teach American traditional moral Christian values and the power of the nuclear family. It's a truthful simple message. Something the world and its master satan hate. Narrow is the way to salvation and few there be that find it. Wide is the road to destruction and many there be who follows. Never has that been more obvious then today. The need of the worldly to have self gratification in all its worldly forms is epidemic. As seen in the sexualization of almost every subject. As if this generation has discovered something new. No, not new, they've only spread it and normalized it with its acceptance of perversions and sunk to new lows by including children to such a degree the Lord will not hesitate in His Own Time to bring annihilation upon this world that will make Sodom and Gomorrah look like an innocent fire works display. The world and people on the left lack Wisdom. Though they fancy themselves intellectuals. Being book smart in and of itself is suspect in those being graduated from today's dumbed down educational system. Regardless, if one is intellectually book smart thru the marxist atheistic system today. Having said all that if true, but lacking Wisdom in the knowledge that they as is everything seen and unseen created by our Creator God. Denying the Truth renders them unwise and totally lacking in common sense as most if not all intellectuals are incapable of retaining due to a self centered self importance that begins to seed and take root at some point in their life. Thomas Sowell, a black and a Giant among men intellectually, morally and philosophically. His greatness was kept tapped down by the true racists in the leftist liberal white intelgencia and their boot licking leftist liberal black redneck amen section. Truth is something democRATS and rinos hate. Truth is something all career politicians have a tough time with. All they actually care about are number one getting reelected and number two getting reelected. Number three is way behind. That's why we need non politicians running our country. We need everyday people not lawyers and judges who are on the good old boy pipeline coming out of the northeast marxist ivy league. Who operate everything on the down low. It's time to move the Capitol again. As it was moved from Philadelphia to DC it needs to be moved to the middle of the country and away from the leftist marxist media infestations in the northeast(New York, Boston, Rhode Island, DC, etc)to a place where freedom and less government is the way of life among the people. Not a big city but a small one. Parsons Kansas, Republic Missouri, Miami Oklahoma or Amarillo Texas would all be ideal places. Where if the marxist media fake journalists are seen they'll be chased back to their vans. Where if a president like Biden accuses them of being terrorists or traitors they'll hang him up by his on pitard. Not hurt, humiliate !!! A humble contrite spirit does not exist in any leftist or marxist or democRAT. It's time we the people make them come to a better understanding of what that means !!! Amen and Hallelujah !!!

"those dollars should rightfully belong to those who birthed, built, and are fueling the movement" You mean the families of Tamir Rice, Mike Brown, John Crawford III, Amadou Diallo, Terrance Crutcher, Eric Gardner, and on and on and on? The vast majority DIDN'T go to the FAMILIES, and notice how FAMILIES OF THE VICTIMS weren't not even mentioned here. Finally, did you just say you expect to be paid for doing civil service for the black community!? It is called VOLUNTEERING for a reason. Some people do things for free out of kindness or a sense of community. This is gross. Another example of Black Capitalism masquerading as black liberation.

BLM in general needs to better governance, administration, financial reporting and distribution of funds to the grassroots via programs/projects linked to objectives and strategic outcomes. This 'bun fight' is unnecessary and sounds like a bloated organisation seeking self-enrichment. All the people that supported BLM /Global network must be disappointed over this mess. There will always be 'vultures' waiting to seize their opportunity. No wonder all NGOs suffer from Irish Coffee syndrome - white management and black administrators and workers .... hhhmmmm

What is a "Black Infrastructure", and "BLK-lives matter"? Why can't we speak clearly, especially in matters of importance? The slogan BLM it self, did not speak directly to the problem of the unjustified killing of Black people, by law enforcement and racist. That was the first mistake that was made. A little forethought would have predicted what the response by the Right would be to that statement. I assume the infrastructure she mentioned, is local organizations or chapters. We complain enough about the old organizations we have, that are supposed to look out for our well being. The new ones have learned nothing from the old ones. Why can't anyone who wants to help, send money to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund? They, I would think have a Board of Directors, that might help to make sure things are run on the up and up. Black people just don't get it. We obviously don't trust each other, and don't seem to care to even acknowledge that reality. This is why the long ongoing call to support Black financial institutions and businesses in general, have never materialized. Mr. Neeley Fuller JR. and the late Dr. Francis Cress Welshing, for decades told us, that we had to correct this fundamental problem among us, we at least listened to and repeated, nearly everything they said about racism and so-called White supremacy, (which is really White hegemony), but said nothing and did nothing about, what they said we must do, to lessen that particular problem, nor our over-all problem. They and others informed us of the nature of the myriad of problems we face, but we have not, put any of that knowledge to use. It is all over youtube being watched and commented on, but nothing much changes for us. This is largely because we have convinced ourselves that all our problems stem from racism, in all its forms, and therefore we are powerless to do anything, to make our lives better, while it exist. All those speaking in public on our behalf do, is call for them to stop their oppression and exploitation of us. Those who are speaking out with this message, don't believe it themselves, nor do most Black people. It is used to excuse the majority of us from letting a minority of us, make things worst off for all of us. We won't even police ourselves, but get angry, when the police does it, to an extreme. The first level of policing is the values and standards a community has, and sets for itself. Community policing, is the community policing itself. It is no wonder we call our communities "The Hood". The first hood I every heard of, stole from the rich to give to the poor. He didn't sell deadly and debilitating drugs to his friends and neighbors, need I mention in a violent manner? We have a strange way of showing that our lives matter - duh! The point is, how much do they matter, especially to us? We saw Black on Black crime, as a problem, back when we were supposedly conscious and keeping things real, but now we say we are "woke". But, many of us speaking publically about our problems, now say, Black on Black crime/violence is "not a thing". We say this as we loudly proclaim to the world that our lives matter - period! But, after we complained about police killing and arresting so many of us, and they stopped doing their job, the violent criminals among us, increased their deadly acts. We have said nothing, let alone done anything about this. Those speaking out have inexplicably called for not just defunding of the police but the abolishment of them also. Even some, if not many of our local or states prosecutors, have stopped prosecuting low level crimes. To do this and not also emphasize, that the law much be obeyed, is irresponsible. We have for decades now excused the violence and death that comes with drug use and selling in our communities - saying it is a survival mechanism, despite it obviously being antithetical to survival. We point the finger at the sources of the drugs and guns, but it takes two to tango. We say nothing of the Black hand in the community on the receiving end. We do worst than just ignoring them. We celebrate, idolize, and emulate them. It is not surprising we mismanage funds, when we so blatantly, mismanage our morals, values, and standards.

It's black on black crimes and murders that are the issue and having no dads in the home. There is no white bogey man just your black family that was lacking somewhere in order for you to have some victim mind set and lack of awareness. Actually the White MSM made the main Black spokespersons for BLM, Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, etc... celebrities. These women used the deaths of straight Black men to help everybody BUT them & fought against the nuclear Black family while enriching themselves & family. Most were George Soros puppets & agents & figureheads who didn't run anything. When many Black people questioned & spoke about the deaths (assassinations) of ALL the REAL leaders of the Ferguson revolt e.g. Darren Seals, the MSM refused to acknowledge & address this issue & avoided it like the plague. And whenever there was another killing, these appointed puppets were put in front of the camera. When WikiLeaks papers showed a high ranking congress person mentioned bringing a particular Black man tied to BLM coming in to speak & gloss over situations, only small outlets wrote about it. Even a few Black outlets seeking money went along with the program. Aside from all the money these fake leaders stole, we all know the majority of the money 💰 was handled by the Tides Foundation to Act Blue to feed the democratic party. And yes, anti-Black racism is the real issue & efforts & methods to fight it are attacked on an ongoing basis with Black gatekeepers like these people & others
@78md742 жыл бұрын
@@sistahb5159 You are very smart . Thanks for the dropping some real knowledge. Our people are so easily fooled . MSM act like they care about real black issue but the only thing they care about is black votes . They don’t want to solve our problems or let black folks be self sufficient because they will loose control. I warned people about BLM and they’d attack on nuclear family . People like Roland Martin and the other gate keepers and that ambulance chasing lawyer are the most dangerous people to the black community.

None of this makes ANY sense. The whole thing strikes me as rotten on all sides, including Melina’s AND the other side which she’s maligning here. Patrisse’s narrative had more holes than Swiss cheese and Melina’s narrative here is no more coherent than hers. Also, Melina’s emphasis on the misspelling of “transparency” is comical, given all of the shenanigans that were present on their website; the problems on their site were more about content which was stealthily changed and that is arguably more egregious than a grammatical error.

@destaco72 жыл бұрын
@@nsudatta-roy8154 so LLC deals with liability of an entity or person and Non profit has to do with how the entity is tax. They are two different things. I think what he wanted to high light is that there should be an operation agreement put in place which is a requirement for all legal entities.
@V.L.R.2 жыл бұрын
@@destaco7 Even greater than how they are taxed, these entity designations also speak to HOW ORGANIZATIONS ARE GOVERNED. There are WAY MORE constraints as to what board members and officers CANNOT DO in nonprofit organizations. Getting an LLC would have been a more glaring signal that “THE FIX” was in. That’s probably why the never put ANYTHING in place to appear “pure”. smh
@nsudatta-roy81542 жыл бұрын
@@destaco7 I understand how LLCs work. The point I'm making is that a for profit entity wouldn't be the suitable entity for an organization design to take donations. I'm willing to bet the accused likely had a couple of LLCs. Incidentally, LLCs aren't all that they're cracked up to be, anymore.

What BLM coulda did was be more TRANSPARENT, from the get go: Let folks know WHO'S in charge of WHAT, how much money's coming in, WHERE the money is, and WHAT the money is being spent on. Have a board of Directors, and a CEO, and MAJORITY RULE: whatever a person from WITHIN the group, from the CEO on down, decides to do, present it to the board, vote on it, and go from there. My point is THIS: Alot of this FOOLISHNESS could have (and should have) been AVOIDED......🤔

This is just plain greed. If they were actually serious about building a sustainable organization, that money would have immediately been placed in some kind of interest bearing investment fund that would pay out and help fund the organization's efforts. You then hire a team solely dedicated to fundraising, so you could have silent supporters, etc; like a college does with alumni. You put people on your board who are ex-CEO's and institution leaders who have experience managing a large scale organization. The people saw 8 figures and started spending on themselves right away. It proves there was a disconnect between the grass root movement and the latter organization that formed around it from day one.

What to me becomes so disturbing is when someone who was leading this movement just a couple of years ago like Patrisse Cullors, and then chooses to disembark a year later without seeing any recovery come to pass to those people who suffered from those riots should be still working. Anyone who retires that young when the work or movement they started or sets out to do doesn't just get up and quits on everyone, especially when there's much more work to be done for those people who lost so much. It's pretty evident to assess, I got my money and it's time to get out before I get called out. So now we have Melina here trying to save this sinking ship from hitting rock bottom. This is an organization that's worthy of dying. The people who gave in to this deception would have been better off to give their money to a legitimate bank that sets up charitable foundations for people who've lost so much for like tornado, hurricane, and earthquake experiences. A foundation through a bank could of been set up for those people who've lost so much from those riots.
