Does everyone have to be a Beyonce' fan? I respect her talent and her performances, but I'm not a major Beyonce fan either. In my opinion, the best singer today is Jennifer Hudson. Remember when Dream Girls first came out and everyone thought this was going to be Beyonce's breakout movie? And Jennifer Hudson blew it out of the water and got an Academy Award for her performance. Beyonce is a great entertainer, and a decent vocalist. She is extremely intelligent enough to create that into a multi-million dollar career. You have to respect that.

Even though I appreciate the artistry , I feel no personal attachment to the artist. Hell, I don’t know and have no personal relationship with any of them. Many of you zealots will fight to the death for these celebrities . By the way, I don’t like the juvenile bubble gum music Beyoncé sells and performs. I can see how it appeals to the unrefined ear. I also think that she is a mediocre vocalist.

I agree with Robert. I will say Beyonce is a savvy business woman, she is a wonderful entertainer, but Beyonce is not a good singer and she doesn't speak well. I can't speak on her musicianship because I don't know what formal music education she has or not have.
