The hyper-pigmentation is called Melasma, can be cause by hormones in pregnant women or from sun exposure. In your case, prob from tanning? Can be prevented by using sunscreen and treated with prescription from your doctor for skin lightening (depigmentation treatment).

no !! high calorie doesn’t necessarily mean bad for you. For example nuts, fairly high in calories but so so good and beneficial for your body and as another example a low calorie pre packaged meal is full of preservatives and additives :)

You are supposed to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going and your body working to lose weight. Your body has to work to break down the food. This is also why the nutritionist tells me to feed my 8 year old son Breakfast then a snack and then lunch and then a snack and then dinner and then another snack. All snacks healthy though like fruits or veggies. My son nutritionist is an NFL nutritionist . She sees the professional football players. My son is a little less than 100 pounds but he is close to 5 feet. He is hitting a growth spurt right now and is right at my chin already. I am only 5 foot 5. My great grandfather was 7_feet so I think he is getting it from him. To be exact my son is 4 foot 10.

THAT'S why she gains weight. If you break your fast with clean food, you'll lose a ton of weight. I've been intermittent fasting for over a year now and lost over 20 pounds. I don't eat until noon and then stop eating after 7. It does work but like I said make sure you're eating mostly healthy which Trisha does not.

She really is growing up so much. I’m guilty of being a hater and a lover on her channels. But she truly seems to be accessing the best part of herself and mindful of everything when it comes to her and Jason. I’m very proud and I think if she continues to grow and learn she might be with Jason for the long haul. She seems to really want to make this work! You should try a netti pot for your possible sinus infection. It is just a saline mix into a little plastic pot for your nose. If you’re not comfortable doing that just use a saline spray. Go to the doctor if your back of your head and neck won’t move and feels swollen. I hope it goes away soon for you.
