She literally says she's not mad but then goes into detail about how much the production costs bother her. She's annoying to deal with and seems like she wants to be the entire personality of the show. Ethan should find a new co host instead of dealing with her drama every 1-2 months.

She’s insufferable and impossible to deal with...in any close relationship. Hence why she has no friends and ruins relationships. Both Ethan and Moses are far more patient then 90% of people would be..but they’re simps so 🤷🏻♀️ to each their own. Sounds mean but...Trisha will more than likely be alone in the end. Therapy is a wonderful thing, but i've started noticing that some people use terms they learn in therapy (e.g. "gaslighting") in a way that is TOO broad. Someone disagreeing in a reasonable situation is NOT gaslighting.
@ritariza28353 жыл бұрын
For instance, if someone DID cheat on you (a fact) but they act like YOU are crazy for being upset about cheating, THAT is gaslighting. But if two friends disagree about something they have different opinions about, that isn't gaslighting.

@user-sf9gs2pg1b3 жыл бұрын
True, but, and I know this doesn't make it better, Trisha is far from the only person to do this. Personally, idk what gaslighting is because it's such an overused term! A lot of the time, I feel like people will use this term synonymously with "lying" because it sounds more powerful. I don't use that word because I know it's both overused and misused, but people who do may just be ... ignorant.
@Hilo-gk3ix3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! This is it! Some people in these comments are even using the term gaslighting to say Trisha is turning around and gaslighting him. It’s like regardless of the argument and who was right or wrong there was no gaslighting occurring so please stop using the term for everything. 🤦♀️
@AM-gt1yt3 жыл бұрын
@@Hilo-gk3ix no she did gaslight him tho. By saying she hated the costumes and didnt even know what movie they were from, it made him question his reality (literally what gaslighting is) where she had texted him earlier saying “thats my fav movie, love those costumes!!”
@Hilo-gk3ix3 жыл бұрын
@Mari I’ve been in that situation many times as well and if you look through my replies to other comments you’ll see me defending Trisha on this point saying that I genuinely believe they weren’t upset until he kept picking at this issue that they were angry when they explained they weren’t several times. It is, however, not gaslighting as it doesn’t make someone question their sanity it just works to upset and frustrate you. Gaslighting is a much more serious form of manipulation than trying to invalidate someone’s feelings or telling them how they are feeling. So initially just throwing around the term gaslighting is watering down the true meaning of the word. Now when Ethan says they’re upset when they aren’t and then pushes them to the point where they become upset and were to say “see I told you you were mad from the beginning” then that moves towards gaslighting but it is still a little gray.
@Hilo-gk3ix3 жыл бұрын
@Mari I didn’t say it was an abusive situation but that it was a more complex form of manipulation than just saying “You’re mad” “I’m not mad” “Well you’re angry or upset it’s ok to admit that” If that was the case everything would be gaslighting. In the end someone telling you you’re angry and you know you aren’t isn’t going to make you question your sanity or at least it shouldn’t. Again (I know you aren’t and I don’t expect you to because it’s a lot of random comments to look through) if you read my other replies you’ll see that regardless of the argument my stance is just on the term gaslighting. I’m aware that they both did something wrong so you don’t have to reply and tell me the “bottom line”.
