Skeleton, was originally released as B-side (on 7' Vinyl) to the single, Helicopter - back 2004 (Oct 25). It also got released on the Japanese release, Little Thoughts EP (CD) (2004, Dec 01). It was released, for the final time, on the bonus disc of Silent Alarm remixed (2005) - (only a select number of silent alarm remixed came with the bonus EP.)

@yassirsaintyves28845 жыл бұрын
This song, in my opinion, is referring to a bad relationship. If you look at the lines "All my thoughts are all lies/all my bones are so tired" He's been in this relationship for a long time, and he's done with it. The lines "It makes a man out of me/You take the fun out of me" Refer to the narrator talking to his friends. His friends, in my opinion, were trying to talk him out of this relationship because they knew it was bad. The chorus shows that the narrator has been doing everything he can to keep the spark alive ("I've been consistent to the fucking dream") Finally, the line "I'm just a skeleton." Shows that the narrator isn't who he used to be. The relationship has made him into a mere shadow of who he once was. Very sad, but awesome piece of music.
@davidkola2 жыл бұрын
Yes it is, can feel it especially when you're through out toxic relationship, in my opinion "It makes a man out of me" means you say no to all possibilities because of that mentioned spark, "but in the end it doesn't even matter". Don't have to sacrifice, cause YOLO.

John Alexander I don't get it, you are a few seconds away to google the right information, but yet you decided to just said what you though was right, which is not right at all. If you cared enough to know the truth, then you'd know this is indeed a Silly Symphony and actually the very first one. You'd also know that Fleischer Studios were the direct competitor to Walt Disney back then. Sorry if I sound like an ass, i really cant tell if i am being condescending or not, but i apparently tend to be when i talk about topics i know, or so ive been told.

Roberto Baggio They were some of the first animations involving Walt Disney and his friend Ub Iwerks. This animation in particular was first shown in 1929. This is one of those songs that I immediately associate with a break up I had a few years ago. That girl ripped my soul away, at least I felt like it at the time, and listening to these lyrics made me feel lonely, but understood at the same time.

This is the song for years that my buddy and i would listen to on repeat every day as we drank our problems away... and at the end of the night when all the drink was gone, as i flicked the final cig into the night and headed home, id look at the homie and in that last moment of silence, we both would say... im just a skeleton 🤟🏾💀

The video is about a person who has lost his sense of life, he is dead, he is a skeleton...the other people live within the violence, the suffering and the pain but....he is just a skeleton and he doesn’t suffer anymore. Like a human he wanted simple desires but it couldn’t archive his dreams and now....he is a skeleton....and...nobody want to see him because he knows the sufferance very well but the others don’t mind...they only want to live by ignoring...they don’t know the face of a deep heart who suffered....he became a skeleton...
