So little background on U.K. drill, majority of drill rappers wear masks as they either have pending cases and lyrics can be used in court against them, even doe they cover they faces opps know every single one of them. Recently some drill rappers have revealed their faces if not in videos then on socials I believe they have done that in order to really blow in music, there are hundreds rappers around the U.K. and what you’ll find is that many of them have their own unique flow which makes them identifiable on the scene. There's loads of gangs around London most of them beefing over post codes. The U.K. is mostly known for using knifes on the opps, guns are illegal in the UK and hard to get but r gettin used more n more frequently. Currently Feds are removing so many drill videos off KZbin to “Stop violence”(bullshit) they get reuploaded though since 2018 feds have removed nearly 50% of U.K. drill videos. btw UK drill first started around 2012 They started off using beats from Chicago drill producers. Over time, the UK developed its own drill sound with different styles of beats and flows. Now New York drill rappers use Uk Drill Beats Here are some slang words if you do decide to check out more drill rappers: Skeng ,Wap, Dot/DotDot - Gun Chef, Dip, Wet, Bored, Shaved, Punctured, Splash - Stab Bunned - Shot Corn - bullets Ps (pounds)(pronounced “peas”)- money Sonic rings effects or ''shhh'' - dead opp /opp (opp means a rival gang member) Put in a spliff - (Opps put in a joint) Breedin - (Friend) btw not all UK music videos r gang related
