Thank you 😊 It’s not up to me or the owner to pay me to look into the infrastructure. His drain is cleared and that’s all I care about. The owners of the infrastructure all have different rules for different parts of brisbane. But generally they want you to stay out of it.

"Ship High In Transport". What? This is the acronym for the word "SHIT". THIS acronym came out of old, old England, back when "goods" were transported by sailing ships. "Manure" was a commodity transported by sailing ships and if they allowed the bags of manure to get wet...it made a stinking mess. So they hung the bags of manure from the ceilings and walls to keep the manure dry...thus...the acronym "Ship High In Transport"...= SHIT.
