Have to appreciate a professional who returns to a job site because HE wasn’t satisfied with how the work came out, not because the customer wasn’t happy. We need more quality workmanship like Penetrator’s in the world 😎👍

I’ve noticed your shoes before and I assumed it was for when they get wet. I was wrong, but having clean shoes for going in homes says a lot about you. I’m in 🇬🇧 but if you were in my area I’d be ringing you first every time! I used to teach and in 1 classroom the sink was forever blocking. One day after a particularly rough day pain wise it was about 15 minutes from home time and it was overflowing every where! I decided to let the children whose parents were there take them early, a dad stepped forward who is not seen before, the arc angel of plumbing! I’ll come and sort it for you live he said. We kept his child and he went to his van. He fixed in it about 20 minutes! Didn’t even charge us. Council plumbers had been trying to fix it for 2 months. He found all sorts, couple of forks a butter knife, Lego people….an ordinary sink with an ordinary plug hole, no idea how they got there. I was very grateful and baked his family some cupcakes. My timetable for that classroom was a constant pest because of the plumbing, electrics, heating and internet 🤦🏼♀️ no problem with the children 😂

These were some tough lines to clear out. Don’t know who the moron was that decided ribbed pipe was good. Obviously he was just a journeyman starting out. An experienced plumber would never make that kind of mistake. As always, I learned a lot from what you’ve done. You had a tough job on this one. Very professionally done and awesome that you came back to make sure everything was OK. Wish my plumber had done that.
@lilacscentedfushias1852 Жыл бұрын
I know practically bugger all about plumbing, but when I’ve seen the ribbed pipe like hoover hoses I think that can’t be a good idea, stuff can get caught on that and easily build up. It doesn’t seem very strong either. My theory is some people have knowledge, experience, common sense or education 😂 which is fine until it affects people they’re working for 🤷🏼♀️

I thought slurry was a type of liquid cement - it is. So, this 'slurry' that you're dealing with is actually the hardened product from the liquid stuff?
@robertapreston42003 жыл бұрын
I'm surprised those jets don't do more damage.... like in that robbed pipe that gets brittle naturally. Do you have a lot of concerns with this issue?
@penetratorblockeddrains3 жыл бұрын
More brittle when it’s exposed to the sun then under ground. Under ground it normally gets squashed or broken as it’s never laid with sand around it.

Don't know why anyone uses that corrugated pipe. From what I can tell you are lucky if you get 2 years out of it before it blocks. They hold water and fill up with dirt
@BEV03233 жыл бұрын
All pipes are subject to block, hold water and fill up with dirt before long. There's no telling how many years that pipe has been down there, I mean, really!
@Natoyarose3 жыл бұрын
Corrugated pipes are the worst. If you use plain PVC with the right fall you do not get the same issue as you do with corrugated pipes. I mean, really!
@penetratorblockeddrains3 жыл бұрын
This is storm flex. Corrugated but is not slotted. Its a cheap and lazy way to lay storm water pipe. As you can see with all the bellies in the pipe it is just done with out care.
@Natoyarose3 жыл бұрын
I watch this guy kzbin.info/door/QYkF1jMHlIGxvfQMbfayHwvideos and he did an interesting experiment of corrugated pipe vs pvc kzbin.info/www/bejne/kHulfI1oorV-iLc I think the issue is flow rate to diameter and there doesn't seem to be enough to clean these smaller pipes out. I do think the cost of the pipe has a lot to do with the choices people make; however, it's still going to cost down the line to have people such as yourself to come and clean them out. Enjoying your channel by the way
