Those look like honey bees to me. There's 4 or 5 different ones all around the world. I had one land on my left hand once while riding my bike on the bike path. She went a good 2½ miles before I reached my destination. If you don't bother them, they won't bother you. And she just came out of nowhere looking for a free ride. Lol

Did you get stung? Those were wild honey bees and judging by their dark color might have have african honey bee strains which makes them more aggressive. I wonder if anyone manages this hive from the other side of the wall, if not there is probably hundreds of pounds of honey in there.
