I absolutely love how calmly Ollie deduced the most likely culprit and devised a course of action. I am amazed every time Ollie says "Plumbers were here, couldn't unblock it. Let's have a look see." Doesn't even get far and its a stuck tool (rod) from last job/ball/toy/ rocks/chocked with roots/broken pipe. I'm sitting here sipping tea like "how was that missed?". But then things like that makes for great viewing for us

Great job as always Ollie. Your customers are truly fortunate for having called you out to work their problem. Two thoughts come to me: 1) I certainly hope that whatever that was in the pipe wasn't someone's kidney stones. If so, kudos to them! and 2) How on earth do these IOs and other accessible openings keep getting buried so deep? Who would do such a thing? Might need to have a value-added sale to create and install a special locator boulder for people IOs and boundary traps!
