The Holy Spirit was God from the beginning! That's from assuming and not studying. The Holy Spirit is the breath of God, it came out of God, Almighty and Alpowerful God just like the Son, who is the words out of Gods mouth. @Michael-Archonaeus The Parable of the wicked Tenants MATHEW 21:33-46 There was a landowner who planted a vineyard in a land,He put a wall around it, dug a winepress in it and built a watchtower. Then he rented the vineyard to some farmers and moved to another place. When the harvest time approached, he sent his servants to the tenants to collect his fruit (Matthew 21:33-34) .The tenants seized his servants;and land owner send so many servants to the land but they beat one, killed another, and stoned another one, Last of all, he sent his one and only son to them. "They will respect my son," he said (Matthew 21:35-37). But when the tenants saw son, they said to each other, "This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him and take his inheritance." So they took him and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. Then Jesus asked in , “What then will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come and kill those tenants and and let out the vineyard to other tenants who will give him the fruits in their seasons.” Jesus said to them, “Hav e you never read in the scriptures: ‘The very stone which the builders rejected(son=Jesus) has become the corner stone, Lord’s doing,and it is marvelous in our eyes’?Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a nation producing the fruits of it.”[a] Jesus Christ is the corner stone of christanity 1:Paul writes in 1st Corinthians 3:9a, "For we are God's fellow workers, you are God's field, you are God's building." Jesus being the Chief Cornerstone of our faith brings unity to the body of Christ. 2:Acts 4:10-12 let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead-by this name this man stands here before you in good health. He is the stone which was rejected by you, the builders, but which became the chief corner stone. And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.” 3:Ephesians 2:20-22 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone, in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit

The idea of Trinity is human history's biggest and most successful lie 😮
@johnbrzykcy30768 күн бұрын
I don't think the idea of "Trinity" was necessarily a "lie" but was an attempt by various religious leaders to seek an explanation/interpretation for the various scriptures which mentioned God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. I've never studied the historical aspects ( such as Christian councils ) which made such attempts. Unfortunately the adoption of the word "Trinity" has indeed been the source of much confusion throughout history. And the debates continue. I'm just a simple Christian believer so I prefer to concentrate on Jesus' life and His teachings. That is supposed to be my priority. The most important things in Christianity are Jesus' teachings, His miracles and His crucifixion on a cross. However Jesus' death on the cross can also be difficult to understand. Basically Jesus was obedient to God's plan of providing us salvation ( to save us from ourselves and our sins ). But that's another subject for another time. Anyhow, I don't look at the doctrine of the Trinity but I look to a loving God, our Creator. For me, spending too much time on the Trinity is unnecessary. By the way, these are my own views and not necessarily the views of other Christians. Respectfully from Florida USA. Peace of God to you

The holy spirit was a vague entity as if it was just added to complete the triangle. Otherwise it would ve been a straight vertical line. Thanks Paul. The teachings of Prophet Muhammad through his tradition (Sunnah) remain intact and is a source of law, despite the existence of unauthentic and false hadiths. Similarly The Quran permits Christians to refer to their scriptures, even though they may be considered corrupted, as a source of law or as a source of finding the truth. The church must establish a grading system to confirm authenticity of the verses in the bible. Example of such categories would be: 1-Made up and historically weak verses (Mark 16:9-20 and Matt 28:19). 2-Authenticity is probable. 3-Authenticity is definitive.

Assalamualaikum brother Paul. Thank you for enlightening us. The Catholic Encyclopedia also states that "The baptismal formula was changed from the name of Jesus Christ to the words Father, Son, and Holy Spirit by the Catholic Church in the second century." One thing caught my attention as follows. “he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?” “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’” Mark 12:28-30 NIV ““Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment.” Matthew 22:36-38 NIV So, the writer of Mark’s Gospel wrote, when someone asked Messiah Jesus about the most important or the greatest commandment, Jesus actually quoted Deuteronomy 6:4-5 (also known as ‘the Shema’). Notice when writer of Matthew’s Gospel copied from Mark, he left out “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.” - this part. I wonder why.

I get a kick out of Christian response to the trinity question: they start explaining (the unexplainable) with reasoning from the Bible, but as soon as they are checked, they move on to other reasoning. One cannot hold them down to get an honest to goodness answer. I had a devout Catholic friend who made it simple for me by admitting that he couldn't explain Trinity when he was 6 years old he couldn't explain when he was 66. I simply call it a Christian ballet.

Hi Paul. Can you dig deeper and elaborate on Mithraism ? Mithraism is the origin of the trinity. The Romans imposed their old theology on the unitarian Christians of the middle east. In the counsel of Nicaea they declared Arianism as heresy and in Constantinople they forced trinity on the public.

@johnbrzykcy30767 күн бұрын
I think it ends when we stop debating those things which are a mystery and we prioritize the most significant things regarding God Himself. I'm not trying to belittle the study of scriptures pertaining to the Holy Spirit. However, as a simple Christian believer, I think we should concentrate on God's love for us and His plan for our salvation. Repetitive arguments on specific doctrines don't seem to be beneficial to a relationship with our Creator. So I actually appreciate your honesty. I'm just a simple Christian believer. I also appreciate many of the discussions on Blogging Theology. I plan to read the Quran too. May the blessings and peace of God be with you. From Florida USA

Quran 9:31 states that : "They have taken their rabbis and monks as well as the Messiah, son of Mary, as lords besides Allah,1 even though they were commanded to worship none but One God. There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him. Glorified is He above what they associate ˹with Him˺!" And Christians have elevated Paul 's epistles to the level of scriptures and they do what he commanded them to do and they worship as he commanded them to whorship. It's clear they have taken him (Paul) as lord besides Allah. How can a man who is not a messenger nor a prophet , not even an apsotle (never met Jesus) have such a great authority to annihilate the brain and thinking of so many?

I was just thinking about this. Even early church fathers they thought Jesus's as "god" with lower g as a person of importance but I have a theory that each time the holy spirit and father is mentioned at the same time it's an interpolation or agrued to be since it's possible to say the term holy spirit came from how the father was described as both holy and a spirit so when the NT writers had the septuiant and maybe scraps of John then that's how we get the term holy spirit and being implanted in the text.

📌 Notice: Jesus replied the MOST important commandment is: Hear O Israel (not Universal recall "I am only sent to the lost sheep of Israel") the Lord OUR God (not your God: Jesus include himself as a worshiper of that God) the Lord is One (not 3 persons yet one God). For church teaching to be correct Jesus should have said: "Hear O Mankind , the Lord Your God is The father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit and those 3 persons are One" regardless of grammar (3 people not persons) never mind Math (1+1+1=3). In Quran people will be judged in part by their book (the remaining truth in it) why did not I take the clear explicit statement said By Jesus, whom I claim to be Son of God, as the truth when I read it in my bible? why did I give importance to a Paul and the church which I see its corruption and scandals and constant diluting my faith over what Jesus whom I claim to be Son of God who died for me to save me yet I did not listen to his Most important commandment .. if I had truly loved him I would have given his word more importance over all things , my deeper level of insincerity will be exposed easily on that Day... we need to judge ourselves here before the Real Day. May Allah guide all of us and grant us Light. Thank you Paul, May Allah place light in your word, face, actions and intention and all of us, for Allah is the Light of Heaven and Earth

@@AlwaysHope_ Thank you, and if one argue "oh yes he said 'I was only sent to the lost sheep of Israel" in the begining.. later Jesus become universal.." to this we can reply: inspiration/revelation from God is PERFECT ALWAYS. If that were the case Jesus would at least said "FOR NOW I am only sent to the lost sheep of Israel" this would have solved it.. I , mere human would have inspired him to say that. Or "at the moment I am Only ..." or even better "Or I have been sent to the whole world " Also if Church teaching were true Jesus would have said "the most important commandment is accept my blood to attain salvation" or "Believe in my death and resurrection for you to be saved, that is the most important commandment " after all for the Church and Christianity the MOST IMPORTANT thing to be a christian is to believe IN the death and resurrection of Jesus. YET Jesus did not say that , how could he overlooked that important creed .. how could I , a mere human, have articulated that yet the son of God did not? All this may still not be enough for some to accept islam, but if you add other points: Jesus saying"My father is greater than I " or " to be saved keep the commandment" etc etc.. and that the bible was changed , and written by anonymous not even eye witnesses said by Biblical scholars themselves.. the attempt to add 1john 5-7 "there are three that bear record in heaven the Father the son etc.." and now taking out from the bible as forgery etc.. if you take this and many of Paul contradicting teaching together then one can see that what Jesus said (about the most important commandment One God) is THE DEAL for salvation but later things changed .. and this is confirmed by Moses (before him) and by Islam after him (one God) it is very very clear that I would stand no chance before God for my polytheism if I still deny these points.. if we can judge correctly from these few points, imagine how much God knows about us and how perfect is His justice.. sorry for the long post. lovely day Alwayshope

@@AlwaysHope_The Parable of the wicked Tenants MATHEW 21:33-46 There was a landowner who planted a vineyard in a land,He put a wall around it, dug a winepress in it and built a watchtower.

Your last video on Nicea was good. This video is poor for the following reasons: 1. Paul says that in the Bible the Holy Spirit is God's energy or force, impersonal. This is wrong. * The Holy Spirit is the breath of God, Psalm 33:6 * Can be grieved, Isaiah 63:10 * Omniscience, Isaiah 40:13 * Speaks, 2 Samuel 23:2 * Creates, Job 33:42 * Instructs, Nehemiah 9:20, Ezekiel 11:5 * Omnipresence, Psalm 139:7 * Is a counsellor (John 14:16-17) * Speaks and sends (Acts 13:2-4) * Chooses (Acts 20:28) * Teaches (John 14:26) * Works and gives (1 Cor. 12:11) * Can be lied to and tested (Acts 5:3, 9) * Can be grieved (Eph. 4:30) * Can be blasphemed (Mat. 12:31) * Testifies (John 15:26, Rom. 8:16) * Intercedes for us (Romans 8:26-27) * Envies for holiness (James 4:5) * Searches and knows (1 Corinthians 2:10-11) * Is the Lord (2 Corinthians 3:18) From the OT and NT the Holy Spirit is the breath of God, thus sharing in the one nature of God, and personal. There is no development just recognition. To say that the Holy Spirit became God in the later centuries is like saying the Qur'an became the Qur'an with Ibn Mujahid's canonization of the seven qira'at in the 4th Islamic century. 2. Regarding the baptism formula of Matthew 28:19, the triadic pattern is seen in the early letters, 2 Cor 13:14, and as you point out there is no textual evidence for it. 3. Regarding the early church having no world mission, read the book of Acts, it acknowledges that the church took a while to start doing this but Jesus' teaching about the gospel going to the nations is throughout the Bible ... and the Qur'an. a. the OT Messiah is a world ruler, Isaiah 9:7, 49:6 b. In the Qur'an, non-Jews are called the People of the Gospel 5:47. c. Ibn Ishaq, Sirat Rasul Allah, p. 653, Al-Tabari, The History of al-Tabari, vol. iv, p. 123, Ibn Kathir, Tafsir Ibn Kathir, vol. 8, p. 179. All says Jesus sent out his disciples to the nations. d. The Qur’an is just for al-Hijaz 42:7, 6:92. Muhammad came just for the Arabs 42:7, 43:3. e. Torah is for mankind 28:43. Gospel and Torah are for mankind 3:3-4, 21:91, 19:21 4. Mark 12:28ff, Hear O Israel, one God. Yes, but read the next section where Jesus says he is the divine son, Mark 12:35. This video misrepresents the Bible and Qur'an.

Regarding the God concept, it's unity as explained in the next parts of John 17. Ultimately, all things come from one Source(God). This is why all things are basically indivisible to Light(God) and why we can achieve unity with Him(God). The ultimate reality of God's oneness is like this, everything was One. If it's trinity, indivisible is exclusive only to Jesus(a.s.). Don't forget, God was be one with the burning bush but Moses(a.s.) never taught the trinity.
