In Honduras we also have a similar dish too the one with chicken and fried plantains, but we call the dish pollo chuco, con tajadas, the major differences is that we fried the chicken too a golden brown, we load it up with Mayans ketchup, and other things, and it taste absolutely delicious.

LOVE YOUR COVERAGE AND BEAUTY IS REALLY DOING A GOOD JOB. HOWEVER BEEF SUYA AND THE NAME SUYA ITSELF IS 100% A NORTHERN NIGERIAN DELICACY AND CUISINE. EVEN IN THE SOUTHERN PARTS,ITS USUALLY THE NORTHERNERS THAT LIVE THERE THAT RUN SUCH A BUSINESS. THE SOUTH IS BASICLALY JUST ADDING POPULAR REGIONAL CUISINES FOR BUSINESS BUT ITS CERTAINLY NOT THEIRS.
