I actually think the smart thing for Galvin to do is to take the contract extension. He is still so young, that he could sign a 5-year deal and still be only 24 when it ends, which is plenty of time to win a premiership. By rejecting a contract upgrade now, he is potential losing millions in earnings, since you have no idea how his career could go from now. He wouldn't be the first rookie to have a great debut season, only to then go on and have a bad career. He could also get a career ending injury. Get the bag while you can, and worry about premierships later.

I think if somehow u could manage to set up a loan system with the super league it could work well. A lot of epl clubs will send young guys to other leagues around Europe. Young guys could go play in England for a year and u don’t have to worry about bettering teams around you.

Hey guys. had a thought about the nrl and super league playing a mini league/ world club challenge in vegas. 2nd - 4th from each comp play each other, then the winners of both grand finals play each other for the final. 2 games on a saturday then 2 plus the final on the sunday.
