Blood Bowl 3 (Nurgle Full Guide) 2023

I’ve been very successful with nurgle. I have actually scored on my first turn of the game when I kicked to them (see below). I despise the beast. He’s the player I would love to have on any other team but with stupidity and his speed he actually makes Nurgle’s lack of speed worse.

1 turn defensive touchdown. You need luck, opponent stupidity and rerolls. 1) pestigore no more than 3 squares from LOS. 2) ball must end no more than eight squares from the end zone (closer the better) 3) the kickoff result must be defensive blitz, so you can get the pestigore as deep as possible into their end zone. 4) hopefully they don’t knock him down and ideally they fumble the pickup 5) blitz ball carrier pick up ball and have enough movement and rushes to make end zone

Thanks for the guide! If you do a let's play, i'd love to see how they or chaos perform! I'm definitely going to play some nurgle, my favorite team in wh40k is grot spam, so i'm always interested in the teams with trick mechanics and underdog performance.

Glad you could find some use for it. Thanks for telling me that you like grot spam, that's interesting. As for the let's play, right now I am fitting some BB3 games in very late at night when my house settles down and that means I'm pretty chill too, I'm very introverted and been using that as my quiet time ;)

Thank you for this guide. I wasn't sure how to start with this team since they are so slow and rely so much on mutations. I'll try option three till I win enough cash for the full roster. Once again thank you for this guide.

It's seem the general consensus is they suck till they hit high value. Not sure exactly what the tipping point is but maybe something like 2000. That's a long uphill battle. Ultimately it might be worth it if you've got a lot of patience and don't get frustrated easily.

@@gftvletsplay4087 if you don't mind playing old rules pickup BB2 Legendary when it's on sale for $5. When you get mutations you actually see them. I find 2 is a better game but play 3 because I've played 2 for so long. 2 has way more team choices and you can pick teams that mix nurgle in. That's takes away a bit of their weakness. It's not the "new" game but IMHO it's the better game. At least till 3 gets updated....maybe.

@@FoulPet I've both games, I just never took an interest in Nurgle till now but still thanks for the tips and I too hope they put the gass effecks and mutation affect on Chaos player in the future.
