Congrats, you'll die of radiation poisoning in 30 minutes! Seriously, though, the FIRST THING YOU DO in this scenario (after the initial blast) is dig a trench and lie in it if no concrete/basement structures are available. The latent direct gamma radiation from the blast site can easily kill within the first 3 days after detonation (at least a week before extended exposure is safe). Surprisingly, breathing radioactive dust actually is not anywhere near as dangerous as direct or ingested radioactive material. Don't panic if you feel nauseous/diaretic, as the intestinal tract is very sensitive to radiation in general. If at all possible, make sure you thoroughly wash/scrub yourself (and your food) down after any extended exposure or foraging.

5 year late responseo oh boy. The first thing is that you can actually see that when the android head is cut, there is a diagnostic that says that the shockwave a arrival time was misplaced at 40 seconds and not 30. Also it is a reference to action movies where timers are rarely respected. In fact, on top of my head I can only recall Pacific RIM having a detonation countdown of 30 seconds actually lasting 30 seconds.
