Hi thank you for taking the time to let me know what you think. Sorry, that you feel that way. However, the repeat steps are there to for people who still learning how to draw. The main thing is to not leave to tourniquet on for too long because you can cause hemoconcentration and if you need to check to vein for the second time, it is okay, too. You just have to clean the area again. Nonetheless, I see your point though. I will keep in mind and make sure that it is clearer next time as to which on is optional and why I repeat such steps.
